Can't sign in without using Google chrome

Zoho mail crashing in the browser

Can't select multiple mails by keyboard shortcuts
Common usage pattern: - Select an email by the 'x' key. - Move to a different email using arrow keys. - Select that one too by 'x'. Now they both should be selected. But in zoho mail, the arrow keys deselect the first one you selected. So it appears that the only way to multi-select email is by mouse. I'd call it a bug. Both gmail and yahoo are better at this. Outlook Synching issues
Is anyone else facing this issue of outlook being unable to synch with zoho mail servers? Really appreciate if anyone can help. I am getting following message and despite doing everything (resetting computer, restarting outlook, changing password etc.
Webmail not working

Syncing Issues
I have my zoho account set up through Apple Mail on my Macbook.
