Incoming emails not working
My domain "tres60.co" is not receiving emails. We noted this is been going on for the last 4 hours. i've searched through the notifications here and on Twitter but seemsi'm the only one affected and Zoho has no "easy acces" to support

Hi, I tried to add domains to Zoho. Unfortunately, one of the domains is being treated as spam. I can't even add it as an additional email address to my profile. Zoho Mail is useless if I can't handle personal domains. How can this problem be solved?
My customers mail is still inactive

Email text not rendering with correct charset (cyrillic)
There is a problem with rendering cyrillic characters in both the e-mail subject and e-mail body. In the case of the subject I get multiple question marks and the body of the e-mail gets characters like this: Ñ ÐµÑ Ñ . I have tested it with 3 other emails i.e. Gmail, Outlook, etc. but do not get the same problem. Can you please look into it and suggest a course of action that will solve the issue. Thank you!

Hi, I try to send email via Zoho Email API and find out there is no param to send email as a reply. The new email is always sent as new thread, not a reply email in Zoho mail. All shared iCal events show up a month early
I am trying to share my calendar with Google calendar via iCal feed link and all of my events show up a month early there. RRULE seems to be set for month before. That imports it with a previous months day. Not Possible: Zoho SPF w/ Amazon Route 53
When using Amazon's Route 53, it is not possible to setup the SPF as per Zoho instructions: @ v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all It is not possible because Route 53 requires the domain be included as in: @imodel.com. v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all Because the domain is included as in "@imodel.com.", Zoho will not verify this domain's SPF. Cannot create email account.
HI, Every time I try and create a new email account (I haven't succeeded making one since I deleted an one I made in error) I get this error message: We are unable to process your request now. Please try again after sometime or contact support@zohoaccounts.com How can I get this fixed? I have emailed support@zohoaccounts.com but I have not heard anything. SPF records have errors.
I found a subtle error on the SPF records for zoho.com and zcsend.com zoho.com txt resolves to include:spf.zoho.com and include:spf2.zoho.com the entry spf.zoho.com resolves to: v=spf1 ip4:74.201.152.59/32 ip4:74.201.155.27/32 ip4:74.201.155.28/32 ip4:74.201.154.0/24 ip4:74.201.84.0/24 ip4:216.52.72.26/29 ~all The last entry ip4:216.52.72.26/29 has a CIDR error. The block should be 216.52.72.24.29 to match properly CIDR Same goes to spf.zcsend.net the entry 74.201.84.33/27 has the same class of CIDR

I'm unable to send mails from the Zoho Mail app, an error occurs, 553 relaying disallowed. My domain (theteamcoders.com) clearly has mx records setup to Zoho's mx endpoints (shown in attachments). I recently set up Zoho Calendar and it syncs with Zoho CRM and Outlook, so it is always up-to-date. I've set the "Agenda Notification" function up for a daily email in the "Email notify" tab. US Holidays subscription syncs incorrect dates to CalDAV clients
I added the US Holidays subscription. On the Zoho online calendar, all the US Holidays show on the correct dates throughout the year.
