Hello I am using the check in and check out API .It works fine but it works only for a single specific user because in the API i have mentioned only one employee's mapID ,but now i want to use the same API for multiple user.So how can i use multiple mapID in the check in and check out API Thank you

Zoho People: creating rules for meal breaks
I am trying to find a work-around to the limitation of not being able to restrict an employee from clocking back in from a meal break less than a specified time (30-min). The current option is to record a 30-min meal break automatically for each employee, but this is illegal in California. Anyone know how to set restrictions on meal breaks to a minimum time?

Can't login after first time
Hi, I am having a weird issue with zoho people. When I trying to login in zoho people after first logout i can't login again. It is showing me this message. Every other employees email is working fine. But when I add this email as a `Team Member` at first time it is working fine but when I logout its not working anymore. What would be the reason for this? Thanks

Is there an option to integrate Zoho People with Zoho Expense for submission of travel expense? I'm testing People for the first time. In Zoho CRM there is the account module, where you go to see the complete record of the account. In People under Performance you can click on a team mate and see KRA, skill set, feedback and summary. But nothing else. Under Organization you can click on an employee and see basic info, but nothing else. Where is the equivalent of a CRM account in People? Where would I go to see the history of everything related to an employee such as: - Attendance - Training

I have setup the app however when I check in there is no logging of time one the dashboard even though online I can see when the phone is actively checked in. I searched but couldn't seem to find any significant documentation on the mobile app and setting up time tracking besides manually entering time data.

Is it possible for emails coming from Zoho People, like Leave requests, to come from the employee who initiated the request (for example xyz@abc.com) rather than the way they're coming now (xyz@abc.com via mail.zohopeople.com)? Employment Rate of employees - Holiday off
Hey guys I didn't find out yet how to set this up: First Issue: Each employee has a certain employment rate. This varies from 100% - 20% (most employees are 100% though) We need to store the employment rate of each employee on the user. Is there a predefined field for this or do I need to set one up myself? Zoho People Notification emails going to spam
Many of the approval emails being generated by Zoho People are going to employee's spam folders instead of their inbox. I think the issue is that Zoho servers are not authorized to send mail on behalf of our domain @motionrc.com . I think we need to enter DKIM and/or SPIF settings in our domain record so that Zoho can send mail as @motionrc.com. Can someone from Zoho please confirm how to fix this. Thank you. Mark

Lost access to People after I deleted my account in SDP On Demand

Appraisal Cycle applicable doesn't filter on all locations option
I found that using "all locations" in the location field when applying an appraisal cycle to employees didn't work. I contacted support who changed it to use the Employee field and "all employees" which worked. Looks like a bug to me.
Half day working on Satuarday setting

Automatically exclude break in total hours
The current break time setting only allows UNPAID option for the manual break mode. But this means employees will have to login and out during breaks. We want to have an automatic setting wherein the break time is deducted automatically from the total hours. It was available in the past as I have seen a screen shot from https://help.zoho.com/portal/community/topic/attendance-module-overtime-calculation-and-payable-hours but this is not the case anymore. So the recent mobile app update broke the app for us. We are a company with offices in multiple countries including Hong Kong & China. We utilize Zoho to handle HR for the entire company. However, now the mobile app defaults to "Zoho China Accounts" when trying to login if your mobile device's language is set to ZH. My Chinese & Hong Kong colleagues can no longer use the app unless they change the language on their phones to english. Even changing the language to english, log-in, then switch back
Custom Leave Form For Holiday
Hi, this is what I need to do. Be able to have a custom leave form that is used when a person selects a particular leave type. This custom form will restrict the leave request to specific date and times for leave requests. (see below) For instance Employee requests Christmas shopping leave type, (we have a leave type of Christmas shopping set for 1/2 day) Each staff is given .5 days for this leave type.
