Export PDF for printing
Printing from the print icon is pretty limiting. The Export PDF option is formatted correctly and includes the highlighting and colors I originally set in Excel. When I export though, I am not able to find a way to export a single sheet to PDF. In addition when I share the sheet, the person I share it with does not see the export icon. Printing with PDF is a greatly improved priting option for Zoho. Any awy to make these changes so that anyone can export a single sheet to PDF?
Workbook tab limits?
How many tabs can I have on a workbook? How many users can I have sharing a workbook?
problem with the graph changes in Zoho sheet
The graphs in Zoho sheet used to automatically scale to fit the range of the data being graphed. Now they scale to fit the range of zero to the maximum being graphed. It's hard for me to explain, so I am posting the before and after examples. This is the old version. This is the new version Can we change it back to the original way? Or can we at least have control over the range so we can change it back to the original way ourselves? Why was it changed?
Local Copy Updating
Having set up my spreadsheet on an external hard disk, I can then get it onto Zoho using Import. I then edit on the site and want to get that back to my PC. I can do that via Export. The problem comes in when I want to edit locally again. The file saved via Export is on my external hard disk but when I imported it seems a copy got made in my user profile and it is that file I have to use if I want to edit again locally and save to Zoho. However I may not have access to that PC at that point so

Creating symbol such as feet square and cube?
Not sure if I am asking a silly question... but I am not sure how to create the small number like 2 and 3 for feet square and feet volume? Can I even do that in Zoho Sheet? I tried googling and looking at the forum, but couldn't find any information about it. I don't even use Excel or any spreadsheet program before, so I am kind of clueless. Thank you, Amy
Row Height
Upon importing a spreadsheet the row height does not match the original and is condensed. Please advise how to fix row height to auto?
Problems transferring large files via Zoho Excel plug-in
I have just started using Zoho. It looks like a great service. However I have been unable to transfer my large desktop Excel workbooks to Zoho even though I am logged in and using the Zoho plug-in. The transfer appears to work up to ~6MB but fails on 7MB. Ultimately I want to be able to transfer files in excess of 20MB. I am getting the following error: 'Unable to save. Encoding is not proper.' Has anyone seen this problem? Any recommended solutions?
Linking data across multiple open spreadsheets
Does anyone know how to reference data in another open spreadsheet in Zoho Sheet? I've tried using the same format as is used in Excel eg in a cell in Document2, ='[Document1]Sheet1'!a1. An update to cell A1 in Document1 would then be reflected in an open Document2. What path should I use to access Document1? Can Zoho do this?

Is it possible to integrate Zoho Sheets with other desktop apps?
Is it possible to integrate and/or interface Zoho Sheets with other desktop applications? Specifically we currently use Oracle EnterpriseOne (aka JD Edwards OneWorld) as our ERP application. One of the commonly used features is to download data from OneWorld to Excel via a DDE based interface. Is this possible with Zoho? What about data downloading through ODBC? text gets entered in reverse order
I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but if you try entering text into the text box at the top after double clicking an existing cell to edit it, the new text you enter also gets entered in reverse order from the end of the line. Its a bit disconcerting, though you can delete it manually. sp

Hello, I have been trying to find a good way to find a good way to manage my budget, track expenses etc and (this is the kicker) automatically predict my future balance and savings contributions. I have yet to find what I'm looking for. There is only option to insert rows and columns one by one.. There is no option to insert more than one rows and columns at a time..
Auto-fill feature
Hi, I am new to using Sheet. I did not find any way of auto-filling a series of cells. For example, I am trying to enter serial numbers in a row and I am not able to drag the cells so that they auto-fill with the series like in MS-Excel. Creating timesheet
Hello All, I have a created a time sheet on Google and been updating it for all of 2008. All of my time is logged in there perfectly no problem. However, I started a new file for 2009. Somehow all of my formulas don't work anymore. So I decided to try Zoho. I have a few questions. The times are coming out standard AM/PM not military time. I want military time. glitch when sharing
I am having trouble sharing sheets. There is some inconsistent action with the sharing options. I can set it up (pick the sharing details, pick person(s) to share with, but as soon as I hit the 'share' button, nothing happens - no sharing, no changes, nothing. any ideas? gmacsbriant

uploading updated file : zoho creates 2 files with same name
when I upload an updated excel file to zoho, I would expect the system to ask whether the new file should replace the existing file, but instead system creates two files with same name. Can you help ? Many thanks
Sharing/editing with Plug in
The plug in does NOT allow a shared user to view the sheet on their end in their plug in. When will this be fixed? This is a very big feature that will make zoho better. Thanks jholmesrd

Cut, Paste, and Copy where are those icons?
I just started using Sheet. I have a strong background in Excel.xls and I am getting proficient within Google Docs. I thought my skill set would make it really easy for me to use Zoho Sheet. But, I trip on the simple things. I can't find the icons for Cut, Paste, and Copy. I can find those within Zoho Writer just fine. Where are they in Sheet? Thanks for any assistance. Guy
