leaving spreadsheets idol while doing other work
I'm on a Mac using firefox. When I leave a spreadsheet idol for a while to work on a different task (which I believe is typical when working on a project), then come back to it later I get a pop up window with the error message "The server has encountered a problem. Reopen the spreadsheet and try again." When I click ok it I get a second pop up with the message "Error 500: Internal Server Error. Kindly reopen the file and try again." Then when I click on the ok button the same popup message comes
undo and redo buttons
Why doesn't the Zohosheet interface have buttons to initiate undo or redo? I discovered that when I click on apple-Z on my mac I'm able to initiate an undo, but my guess is that it's a browser function not a zoho sheet function. nessumsara
change in zoho account details

Left row numbers don't always line up

shared sheet in zoho sheet
I have shared a zoho sheet with my users, it has 2 lids in it, when theay try to access one of the lids it just throws an error saying an error has occurred and it does not open it, if i try with my account i can open both lids with no problem garabujo

How do you Return to start a new line within a cell? I'm using Firefox on a Mac, if that matters.
Publishing snippets
I was wondering if there was any way that people could find or view the entirety of a worksheet if you only published a snippet. I'm trying to publish small blocks in my spreadsheet, but there's some information in the whole sheet I don't really want public. Is there a way to sniff out the entire worksheet that I should be concerned about?

Can\'t Save: Internal Server Error 500
I just getting started here, and trying to decide if I can actually rely on Zoho Sheet. Here's the deal: it looks great, great functionality, BUT, I am regularly not able to SAVE the file after making changes. At some point during an edit, I start getting a dialog box that says "Error 500: Internal Server Error. Kindly reopen the file and try again." Of course, I'm trying to save the file. So, to "reopen", I have to bail out and abandon changes. This has happened while I am doing relatively simple
Sheet Text Support
It does not appear that Zoho Sheet supports text boxes in the document. We use a lot of text to produce our quotes and that is an important feature. When we import a quote document we get everything except the quote summary we place in each document. mgriggs

Posting the Zoho Roadmap
Does Zoho post it's near term feature roadmap? Would be very helpful if Zoho posted this. I love the sheet product, but I can't really use it until I can prevent exporting of the sheet when I make a sheet I've created public. Would be useful for users to keep an eye on the roadmap to see if things that are important to them are in the near term queue. If this already exists, can someone point me to it? Thx J yippie001

Need feedback how to handle this challenge within Zoho sheet: I have a range of numeric data which is incremented by (1) row from a daily API pull. The API always returns the data in descending date order (most current dates first). Each row consists of a date MM/DD/YY) & a count (NN) field in that order. My calculation process requires the I sort the entire range by oldest dates first, then skip the first 15 rows and then calculate (5) additional columns. The last column and the original date column
No undo????
I inadvertently pasted a number over my data in an attempt to do a 'Paste Special' as in Excel. When I found out that that feature was not supported, I also discovered that there was no way to undo my paste. I hope I'm missing something kpmaynard

Make Private each file withing ZOHO account?
I am new to ZOHO, and everything looks real good. I especially like the "email notification" of a saved sheet. I was wondering if the user has the ability to save that particular sheet with a password so not everyone can view that particular project - except for the person who was emailed that a saved sheet had been generated. Import and Make New Version !!!
Hi Say, I have a sheet called Sample [which has subsheets samp1, samp2 and samp3]. I like to know how to upload a new version of the same sheet from my local drive and make the newly uploaded sheet as the current version. I was working on a spreadsheet for quite a while & clicked on the save button and logged off. When I logged back in none of my changes were saved Do you have to publish the spreadsheet to save it? How do I make sure that the sheet is saved?
Page error when saving

Hey, how do you subtract two cells in Zoho Sheet? I've tried "=A1-B1" (for example), but the output is a date, 12/30/99 Am I doing something wrong?
Translation mistake (Italian)
On Zoho Spreadheet "Sign out" has been translated "Cancellati" in the Italian transation, which is wrong ("Cancellati" sounds much like "remove your account"). I suggest to use "Disconnettiti" or "Disconnetti". riccardopoggi
