Completed forms LOST, i.e. do not get emailed to designated email!
I have created and successfully embedded a form to our website. Upon testing that it works, I completed the form on three occasions and have yet not received the completed forms to the designated email.
When answering, please note I am a "website DIYer", i.e. not familiar with code but found it relatively easy to put together the form and embed it.
Any ideas as to how I resolve this?
