Tasks & Call Back
I am finding Zoho and the way it processes tasks and call-backs very slow to use. In my previous CRMs I was presented with an alarm panel that listed tasks or call-backs requiring attention, with one simple click I was transferred to a screen showingAssociated Calls with Tasks
Within the leads module we've created a workflow such that whenever a new lead is created or pushed into the CRM a new task is automatically created: 'Phone Lead'. We plan to eventually integrate our phones into the CRM - so when the task 'Phone Lead' is due our staff will pick up the phone and make a phone call, this should then be captured by the CRM and they can update accordingly.
