Schedule sync


Prerequisites

  1. The Sync Tool must have been installed and run at least once.
  2. Roles required to perform this action:
  3. Organization Owner
  4. Organization Admin

Schedule sync

  1. Open the Sync Tool.
  2. Go to Schedule Sync, then enable scheduling.
  3. Set the sync interval and time, then click Save Schedule.

     

  4. If you add new OUs or delete exclusion rules after scheduling, you will have to go to Settings, then click Force Re-Sync for the changes to take effect.
