【Zoho CRM for Everyone】設定画面のアップデート

今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から、Zoho CRM for Everyone の設定画面のアップデート情報をご紹介します。

 1.  設定ホーム画面の追加

ホーム画面の設定項目は、直感的に分類できるように"カテゴリごと"で分けられています。
このような一元化された表示により、各ツールが1つの画面に集約され、必要な機能をより簡単に見つけられるようになりました。

  

 2.  設定画面での検索結果の表示形式の変更 

今回のアップデートで、検索結果を検索オプションの下にあるサイドバー(左パネル)に直接表示されるようになりました。

 

3. 設定画面でのよく使用する機能の表示   

設定メニュー内には、ユーザーが頻繁に使用する設定機能を集約して表示するセクションがあります。
この「よく使う設定」オプションでは、特に使用頻度の高い上位5つの機能が表示される仕様となっています。



※新規登録直後は、表示に必要なデータがまだ十分にそろっていないため、この機能はすぐにはご利用いただけません。

 4. 設定メニューの展開/折りたたみ状態の保持  

見つけたい項目を素早く見つけられるようになったことで、毎回スクロールの必要がなくなり、設定画面での操作性が向上します。
ユーザーが設定メニューにアクセスするたびに、以下の設定が保持されます。
  1. 以前に展開していたセクションは展開された状態
  2. 以前に折りたたんでいたセクションは折りたたまれた状態
