Bigin iOS app update: Built-in telephony and RingCentral support

Hello everyone!

We are excited to introduce Built-In Telephony and RingCentral support in the latest iOS version(v1.11.13) of the Bigin mobile app.

Once the integration is completed on the Bigin desktop site(bigin.zoho.com), you can choose the Built-In Telephony or the RingCentral to initiate the calls from the Bigin app. You can do so from the 'Calls' section in the Settings module of the app.

Built-In telephony:
Using the Buily-In telephony you can initiate and receive phone calls directly from within the Bigin app, without jumping into the phone dialer or a third-party app. We have also supported built-in Keypad to make calls by entering numbers.

During a call with a contact, their related open deal is shown on the call screen. After the call is completed, you can quickly add follow-up activities such as Tasks, Events, Calls, and Notes.

RingCentral Support:
If you have integrated Bigin with RingCentral, you will redirected to the RingCentral app to place the call when initiated from Bigin app. The call is fully handled by the RingCentral app.
