Bigin-Zoho Projects Integration

We're pleased to announce the Bigin-Zoho Projects integration, which enables you to manage client relationships and project tasks simultaneously in one system.
                          

With this integration, once you close a deal in Bigin, you can create a project in Zoho Projects for that client directly from the deal's record in Bigin. You can also link existing projects directly to specific deals, enabling you to manage every aspect of a project from start to finish. Once a project is linked/created from a deal, you can access various project components (dashboards, phases, tasks, reports, issues, and team members) in Bigin. This saves you the hassle of switching between both apps to perform basic operations like adding a task or an issue. 

Plus, this integration keeps client records and project updates aligned between both platforms.
For instance, let's say you're the admin of a software development company and you've recently landed a new client who needs a custom web application. With the Zoho Projects integration, you can handle everything directly within Bigin—first by creating a new project from the customer's deal record and assigning your team members to various tasks, such as UI design, backend development, and quality testing.

How to get started with this integration 

To integrate Zoho Projects with Bigin, navigate to Settings > Toppings > Built by Bigin > Zoho Projects > Setup Now.

To begin the integration with Zoho Projects, you must have a Zoho Projects portal. You can either create a new portal by providing the required details or request access to an existing one with admin approval. After setting up the integration, you can start adding users to your projects.

 Who can access this integration? 

  • The Zoho Projects integration is available for all editions of Bigin, including the Free plan.
  • Administrators can set up the integration. Once set up, they can control which users can use the integration via the Profile settings.
