Delegates should be able to delete expenses

I understand the data integrity of this request. It would be nice if there was a toggle switch in the Policy setting that would allow a delegate to delete expenses from their managers account.  Some managers here never touch their expense reports, and if something needs to be deleted, the delegate now has to reach out to the manager, ask them to open Zoho, and delete the expense. We would love the opportunity to remove this step.
