As a follow-up to our earlier announcement, we’d like to share an important update regarding Zoho ShowTime’s discontinuation timeline.
Zoho ShowTime, our online training platform, reached its end of life on December 31, 2025, and its services will be fully shut down on May 30, 2026. We encourage users to migrate to TrainerCentral, our more advanced and feature-rich training platform, with a transition process that can be completed in just a few clicks.
Beyond online sessions, it offers powerful features to expand trainers’ training capabilities, such as:
Course builders that support the creation of engaging, multimedia-rich courses using videos, documents, quizzes, and assignments.
Learner management tools that help trainers monitor progress through comprehensive tracking and detailed analytics.
Automated certificate issuance that enables trainers to motivate and encourage learners by recognizing their achievements.
A no-code website builder that helps trainers create fully branded, professional academy websites to promote and market their courses.
An integrated payment gateway system that helps trainers support seamless transactions and scale their business.
Now that we’ve passed the sunsetting date, many trainers have successfully transitioned to TrainerCentral and are already benefiting from its advanced capabilities.
However, some trainers have not yet completed the migration. If you’re one of them, you can still make the move, and the process is simpler than you might expect. We strongly recommend completing this transition before May 30, 2026, as our support services for Zoho ShowTime will be fully discontinued after this date.
How to migrate from Zoho ShowTime to TrainerCentral.
Log in to your Zoho ShowTime account. The migration window will be displayed.
Click the Migrate to TrainerCentral button. You will be switched to your TrainerCentral account.

FAQ
1. What will happen after my ShowTime account migrates to TrainerCentral?
You’ll be able to access TrainerCentral with your Zoho ShowTime credentials and continue your training. The platform includes new features designed to support and enhance your training experience.
2. What happens to my on-demand sessions after migration?
You can currently access your on-demand sessions from the On-Demand Sessions tab in your TrainerCentral account.
However, Zoho ShowTime servers will be discontinued on May 30, 2026.
After this date:
• On-demand sessions will no longer be accessible.
• You can still export session analytics data.
To continue offering your content without interruption, we recommend creating a course in TrainerCentral and enrolling your learners there.
3. What about the learners already enrolled in on-demand sessions?
Learners will continue to have access to their on-demand sessions until the ShowTime servers are discontinued (expected by May 30, 2026). After that, they will no longer be able to access those sessions. We encourage creating a course in TrainerCentral and enrolling your learners there.
4. What will happen to my Zoho ShowTime account if I don’t migrate it before May 30, 2026?
If you don’t migrate your account to TrainerCentral manually, it will be automatically migrated on May 30, 2026.
5. What will happen to on-demand session URLs that have already been shared?
The on-demand session URL will remain valid until the Zoho ShowTime server is shut down. After that, the link will become invalid and will no longer be accessible.
6. I am a Zoho One user and purchased paid attendee add-ons. How do I enable them in TrainerCentral?
You’ll need to reach out to the support team to enable it again in TrainerCentral.
7. Will my configured payment gateway and ticket settings in Zoho ShowTime be migrated to my TrainerCentral account automatically?
We’re completely discontinuing our services on Zoho ShowTime. This means your tickets will not be automatically migrated, and you’ll need to reconfigure them manually in TrainerCental.
That said, the new platform offers a robust payment gateway and advanced ticketing features that you can leverage for your sessions. Refer to this help link to see the list of payment gateways supported by TrainerCentral.
8. If I migrate to TrainerCentral and later cancel my subscription, then purchase a new plan, will I retain the same plan and benefits?
No. The equivalent plan and benefits are available only as part of the migration from Zoho ShowTime. Any new subscription will follow the standard TrainerCentral plans.
