I hope all of you are doing well. We're happy to announce a few recent enhancements we've made to email in Bigin. We'll go over each one in detail, but here's a quick overview:
Previously, you couldn't draft or schedule emails in Bigin, but now with this new feature, you can easily do both. If you have customers across multiple time zones and have had to send emails manually at odd hours, now you can draft your marketing emails in advance and schedule them to be sent at the right times for each region.
Saving emails as drafts
With this enhancement, you can now save your emails as drafts. They system automatically saves drafts, or you can save them manually at any time.
Scheduling emails
Now that you can save emails as drafts, you can also now schedule them to be sent at your preferred time(s).
You can view both drafted and scheduled emails under each record's Email related list.
You can also view all drafts and scheduled emails by clicking the More icon on the Contacts or Pipeline page.

Hi I need to create a report that shows the most recent note added to each opportunity. This is so management can see what the latest update is according to the assigned salesperson. One workaround is to use the status field but this implies added manual work and mistakes as the salesperson would have to copy the existing status to a note before adding the latest status... otherwise the activity history would be lost. My current workaround is a report on Notes with Opportunities as the related module.
