Flow to follow up on trade fair contacts

Hi,

Before we moved to Zoho we had some flows (sequences) in HubSpot to follow up on trade fair contacts. To explain further on this it had the following characteristics:
  1. New contacts could be added to the sequence
  2. When added a flow of communication started. For example: an e-mail 2 days after the trade, task to follow up on this contact by phone (flow only continues after the phone call is completed and contact was not reached), 2nd e-mail after 2 weeks, 3rd e-mail after 1 month.
  3. When contact was established (by phone or e-mail) contact is excluded from the flow automatically.
  4. If the contact was not reached during the flow, we were able to add the contact to another flow.
  5. Also the contact was exluded from other flows during the time in the trade fair flow.
How can we create a flow like this in Zoho?
