Font Size 11 - Zoho CRM Email Templates

Our company communicates with our vendors exclusively using Calibri Font Size 11, as this is the standard formatting for professional emails. Since the CRM only allows for the selection of font sizes 10 & 12, we have been unable to utilize the CRM email function without sacrificing our digital communication standards

We have been copy-pasting our email templates from the CRM into Outlook and reformatting them to font size 11 as a workaround, which defeats the purpose of having templates built into Modules. This also means that we are unable to use the auto-email function through the CRM, as we need to manually reformat each email before sending.

This issue negatively impacts the process flow for every module in the CRM and our company’s ability to utilize the CRM email function in its entirety.

I know it may seem a bit picky, but Calibri 11 is the default font for Outlook - and we would like our emails to look consistent with our Outlook communications.

This same issue was raised for the Zoho Campaigns software in 2014, and font size 11 has since been added to accommodate user requests.

We would really appreciate the Zoho development team looking into the addition of font size 11, as it would greatly improve the process flow for the CRM and the usability of the email function, which would save our company a significant amount of time.

We are happy to inform you that support for custom font families and sizes in the email compose window is rolled out to all customer accounts.
