We are delighted to unveil the revamped calendar UI in Zoho CRM. With a complete visual overhaul aligned with CRM for Everyone, the calendar now offers a more intuitive and flexible scheduling experience.
What’s new?
Distinguish activities from one another
- Each activity will be displayed along with distinct icons to tell them apart.
Create new views for users and groups
You can now create new views for your users and groups to view and switch between their schedules in one click.
You can
- Organize the order of your calendars.
- View activities of select users or groups.
- Search a calendar by name.
You can also quickly lookup user(s) or group(s) in your organization and convert them as views for future use.
UI changes in the primary view
When you click on the calendar icon from the utility bar, you’d land on the Day view of My Calendar. You’d have the following elements at the face of this primary view:
Static menu:
- List of calendars: Calendars that you own and the ones that are shared are displayed as part of this collapsible menu bar.
- Mini calendar repositioned: Now located at the bottom-left corner, the mini calendar offers room for your schedules to take the center stage.
- More Options to manage, reorder, and lookup calendar of users not part of your views.

These controls are located in a collapsible vertical column that is on display at all times, offering quick accessibility.
All day events are given a pedestal
To understand and help prioritize your chores without any efforts, we gathered all the going tasks, overdue activities, and all-day events to a focused space above the time axis for the day view and week view of a calendar.
Clutter-free agenda for month view
If your schedule exceeds the spatial limits of a calendar cell, then the rest of the agenda is summarized in a preview box when clicked.

Know what week of the year you are in: Week labels
With week labels turned on in the meeting preferences, your sales team can keep track of the number of weeks that have passed by so far in a year; the operations team can make commitments to deliver reports, and more.
There—that's all about the UI changes in your CRM's Calendar.
Release Plan: This is available for customers in Free, Standard, Professional editions in all DCs. For customers in Enterprise, Ultimate, CRM Plus, and Zoho One editions/ subscriptions, the new UI will be opened by end of this week.

Latest update on (3rd November 2025):
There has been an unexpected delay in rolling out the enhancement to CRM accounts that are part of bundles: Zoho CRM Plus and Zoho One. We are planning to release to these accounts in the coming weeks. Will update the post once it is released to the bundles.

Zoho Creator customer portal limitation | Zoho One
I'm asking you all for any feedback as to the logic or reasoning behind drastically limiting portal users when Zoho already meters based on number of records. I'm a single-seat, Zoho One Enterprise license holder. If my portal users are going to add records, wouldn't that increase revenue for Zoho as that is how Creator is monetized? Why limit my customer portal to only THREE external users when more users would equate to more records being entered into the database?!? (See help ticket reply below.)
