LMS - Grading and Reports

Hello, 
I am working on setting up LMS courses in Zoho People to track the training that we are doing internally, but I've run into a few issues. 

I created a test class in Self Paced Learning

I made an assignment and I had someone submit an attachment. As the admin, I eventually figured out that I can grade the assignment by clicking the green/black fraction and marking grades. The learner completed all the things in the module and course, then marked the course as complete. Despite this, I cannot see any grades in the Grade Book. In the "total points" style of grading, I can see how many points they have by clicking on the student, but there's no report for this information and in "Pass/Fail" grading, there are no grades in the Grade Book. The learner completed all the things and clicked "Mark as complete" on the course, but as the admin when I click on their name in the course, it says "1 of 2 completed" and on the learner's screen it says "Course completed." I don't even get any information in the grades section on what they haven't completed yet. 

When it is content, how do students or trainers mark it as complete? How is a course actually completed? When are grades or reports available for the class?


Reports:
Since we're using this for training, is there a way to generate a pdf or spreadsheet of all employees and show which courses they have completed? Or show a list of who has completed a course (though I need to understand how courses are completed first, of course)? Or a list of who is enrolled and their status?
