Introducing Numerical Rating, a powerful new addition to interviewer assessments that brings precision and flexibility to candidate evaluations.
✅ What is Numerical Rating?
Numerical Rating lets interviewers assign a score for each question in the assessment, based on a maximum value (up to 10). This structured scoring method is perfect for role-specific assessments where detailed, quantifiable feedback is crucial.
Each question carries its own score, and interviewers can optionally add comments for context. Once the interview is submitted, these scores are added up to give a Total Score for the candidate.
🎯 What is Qualifying Score?
You can now set a Qualifying Score as a percentage of the Total Score (using the slider or by entering a set percentage). If a candidate meets or exceeds this threshold, they are marked Qualified; otherwise, they are Unqualified.
You can skip this option by setting the qualifying score to 0%, turning it into a purely feedback-based evaluation.
Note: Interviewers won’t see the qualifying criteria while filling in their review. It only reflects after submission.
