Payoneer for Zoho

I have set up a gateway to my Zoho Books i.e. Payoneer for Zoho and connected it successfully with my Payoneer account. Then I created an invoice and sent it foward. But when my customer tries to make a payment, the error screen appears 

So what can I do to resolve this issue?
