We at Zoho Workplace had some feature releases and enhancements for the month of June, 2023.

Here's the list for you to check out them:

Zoho Mail

Collections of Bookmarks

Now, view your bookmark collections in a consolidated view within your mailbox. The collections you create in the My Bookmarks section or under any group can now be viewed under the Collections tab in the respective sections.

A better view of your unread emails

To provide users with a more enhanced email experience, the unread emails in the email listing have been given a makeover. The unread email view can now be configured using the Rich and Lite options based on your preference.

Send out authentic emails from your websites

Are you worried about your emails sent out from websites hosted in Joomla ending up in the junk/ spam folders of your target audience or readers? Don't worry anymore! The Zoho Mail plugin for Joomla will help you send out authentic emails trusted by other service providers by configuring your Zoho Mail account in Joomla.

Restore retained/ backed up emails to a separate folder

In Zoho Mail, you have the option to restore the retained or backed-up emails based on the retention or backup policy set for the organization. Earlier, you had the option to restore them only to the respective folders from which they've been retained or deleted. Now, you can restore those emails to a new folder in the users' mailboxes instead of the respective folders from which they've been retained or deleted.

Resource Booking reports

All your organization's resources reports can be accessed from the Collaborative Apps section in Admin Reports. The reports in this section allow you to view the resources by providing the booking history for each resource and also the future bookings.

Zoho Calendar

Increase your productivity with Zoom conferencing integrated to your Zoho Calendar

With this integration, you can now schedule and join Zoom meetings directly from Zoho Calendar. No more hunting for meeting links - just click the Zoom link in your event invite, and launch your meeting right from Zoho Calendar without switching tabs.

Eliminate the need for manual tasks and efficiently automate your daily work. With the Zapier integration, you can connect to more than 5,000 applications and automate event-based actions to streamline your daily tasks.

Simplify the rescheduling process with Event time proposal

With Event Time Proposal in Calendar, collaboration becomes effortless. The attendees can now propose alternative times if they're unavailable during the scheduled event. No more back-and-forths; effortlessly reschedule events with just a few clicks.

Easily translate content with Zoho Writer

Create, format, review, and translate content all in one place with Zoho Writer and eliminate the need to switch between applications.

Zoho Cliq

Replay recordings

Access your meeting recordings directly on the Cliq TV app, as they are now automatically synchronized. This convenient feature allows you retrieve and play your past meeting recordings directly from the TV app.

Zoho Connect

Introducing My Drafts

You can now save your unfinished posts, announcements, and polls as drafts, then come back later to edit and post them.

Integrating Zoom and Zoho Connect

With our latest integration, you can easily schedule and join meetings in Zoom from your Zoho Connect network.

New option in Group permissions

We've added custom roles as an option in the group permissions for you to allow members with the selected roles to perform the particular action.

Zoho Meeting

Chat between organizer and co-organizers

Webinar organizers and co-organizers can now instantly chat during the webinar. This includes file sharing during webinars, replying to a message, editing a message, sending emojis, and adding reactions.
