Esta semana vamos a aplicar una de tantas posibilidades para automatizar tus actividades en Zoho CRM. Para aquellos que acabéis de aterrizar en el foro: ¡bienvenidos! Tips and Tricks para Zoho CRM es una serie de consejos y trucos en español con los que puedes aprender cómo sacar el máximo partido a tu CRM. Tip #21: Usa Botones Personalizados para ejecutar acciones únicas.
Crear, Editar, Convertir, Enviar correo electrónico, Clonar... ¿qué tienen todos ellos en común? Se trata de los botones estándar que puedes encontrar en Zoho CRM. Cada uno de estos botones se ha creado para un propósito específico, y al hacer clic en ellos, se invoca y ejecuta una acción determinada.
Pero imagina esto: al hacer el seguimiento de los tratos u oportunidades, quieres enviar el presupuesto asociado al contacto una vez se haya aprobado el descuento. Para ello, creas presupuestos individualmente basados en la información que se encuentra en el trato, y los envías al contacto asociado cada una de las veces.
¿Qué pasaría si pudieses crear un simple botón personalizado, configurarlo para que ejecute esta acción por ti, y situarlo en el módulo de Tratos - página de vista o página de vista de lista? Sencillamente, que podrías automatizar esta tarea repetitiva que te encontrabas haciendo anteriormente. Los presupuestos específicos de los Tratos se crean instantáneamente a partir de la información del trato con un sólo clic. Veamos cómo crear este botón:
- Accede a Configuración > Personalización > Módulos y campos.
- Selecciona el módulo en el que quieres crear el botón. En este caso, seleccionamos Tratos.
- Accede a la pestaña Enlaces y botones, y haz clic en el botón + Crear su primer botón.
- Nombra y describe el botón. A continuación, elige dónde mostrarlo. En este caso, elegimos Ver página.
- Para escribir la acción del botón, puedes seleccionar varias opciones:
- Seleccionar funciones desde la galería de Zoho CRM.
- Desde acciones existentes: en caso de que hayas creado acciones.
- Escribiendo función: para este botón, seleccionamos escribir nuestra propia función. Esta función se puede encontrar en el siguiente post.
- Otras acciones personalizadas: abrir un widget, invocar una URL, o Abrir pestaña web.
6. Elige quién puede ver este botón.
7. Guardar.

Los Botones Personalizados te ayudan a configurar un set de acciones predefinido que pueden ejecutarse con un sólo clic, desde una URL a conectar aplicaciones de terceros. De forma similar, puedes crear botones personalizados para:
- Convertir a posibles clientes en proveedores.
- Conectar con aplicaciones de terceros.
- Enviar propuestas de venta y facturas.
