Assign thread ownership to avoid confusion.

When teams handle a large volume of emails, managing threads becomes important to stay organized. Without a clear system, duplicate replies, missed follow-ups, or confusion over responsibilities can  happen.
Thread assignment solves this by designating a single team member to take care of a thread. The assigned person takes charge of follow-ups, maintains clarity, and keeps the workflow on track. This helps streamlines team collaboration and helps everyone work efficiently toward achieving Inbox Zero—without any overlap or confusion.
How does it work?
Team admins can assign any incoming conversation to the right person on the team or to themselves. The assigned member takes charge of sending replies or taking required action. Others can also collaborate by adding comments or stepping in when needed.
Assign threads in Zoho TeamInbox
To assign a thread
 1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
2. From the left pane, select the team and click the inbox.,
3. Navigate to the thread and click Assign on the top-right corner.
4. Enter the name of the assignee in the search bar and select them to assign the
     thread.
5.You can assign the thread to yourself by clicking Assign to me.
This thread will now be visible under the assignee's Assigned to me view.
