1 Creëer een afsprakenkalender die past bij jouw branding
Met Zoho Bookings behoud je de kleuren van jouw merk in alle applicaties.
Je kan kiezen uit vier voorgedefinieerde thema's (Modern Web, Nieuwe Opmaak, Klassiek en Nieuw) met daarnaast opties om de kleur en tekst aan te passen van verschillende elementen die op de boekingspagina verschijnen. Om het thema van een boekingspagina aan te passen navigeer je naar Bedrijf Beheren > Werkruimten > (Kies een werkruimte) > Boekingspagina thema's.
2 Koppel het klantenbestand aan een klantbeheer software
Om Bigin, CRM of een ander klantbeheer systeem software te koppelen, navigeer je naar Beheer bedrijf > Overige. Hieronder vind je Zoho CRM Contact in de sectie beschikbare verbindingen. Beweeg de muis over Zoho CRM Contact en klik op de knop Inschakelen. Autoriseer Zoho Bookings om contacten aan te maken in Zoho CRM. Zodra de autorisatie is voltooid, worden klanten die een afspraak boeken nu automatisch toegevoegd als contactpersonen in Zoho CRM.
Handig om te weten! Dubbele klanten worden automatisch uitgesloten in Zoho CRM door te controleren of het door de klant ingevoerde e-mailadres of telefoonnummer uniek is.
3 Laat klanten direct een (aan)betaling doen via iDEAL, Creditcard of reserveer gratis.
Als je als bedrijf professionele services aanbiedt, kan je betalingen ontvangen door een betalings-gateway op te zetten. Dit verwijdert de rompslomp van betalingsherinneringen, vertraagde betalingen, cash handling, en vermindert ook no-shows. Navigeer naar Manage Business > Betalingen (onder de sectie INTEGRATIE). Alle betalings-gateways die beschikbaar zijn voor integratie worden opgesomd.
Beweeg de muis over de gewenste betalings-gateway en klik op de knop Configureren. Login op jouw Stripe account, of maak er een aan. Na een succesvolle autorisatie wordt de geconfigureerde betalingsprovider weergegeven in de sectie Geconfigureerde betalingen. Zet de knop Online Betalingen op "Ingeschakeld" om betalingen te ontvangen.
Handig om te weten! Je kan een betaling als een optie aanbieden, maar ook verplichten voor een aanbetaling of het volledige bedrag.
4 Synchroniseer je boekingen automatisch met andere kalenders
Het synchroniseren van agenda's kan de beschikbaarheid verbeteren en ervoor zorgen dat klanten de nodige interactie krijgen. Zodra een agenda is ingeschakeld, kan elk personeelslid de betreffende agenda's machtigen om te synchroniseren met de Zoho Bookings agenda vanuit het gedeelte Mijn profiel.
Klik op het pictogram Beheer bedrijf in de rechterbovenhoek en kies vervolgens Agenda's onder het gedeelte INTEGRATIE. Alle kalenders die beschikbaar zijn voor integratie staan in een lijst. Nadat je een agenda hebt geconfigureerd kan je de boekingen en afspraken synchroniseren in het gedeelte Agenda's beheren onder het tabblad Mijn profiel. U kunt meerdere kalenders tegelijk activeren en zelf bepalen welke personeelsleden toegang hebben tot de synchronisatie van Zoho Bookings kalender.
5 Stuur geautomatiseerde e-mails en sms notificaties.
E-mail- en SMS-berichten kunnen naar de werknemers van jouw bedrijf en de klanten worden gestuurd, zodat ze allemaal op de hoogte zijn van wanneer een afspraak is geboekt, verzet, geannuleerd, enzovoort. Navigeer naar Beheer bedrijf > Werkruimten > Meldingen. De selectievakjes voor de vereiste gebeurtenissen kunnen worden aangevinkt om het personeel via e-mail op de hoogte te brengen van gebeurtenissen. Herinneringen zijn ingesteld om het personeel een dag voor de gebeurtenis te informeren.
Klik op Aanpassen bij de gewenste gebeurtenis om de inhoud van de e-mail in te stellen met behulp van variabelen. Klik op de knop Opslaan als je klaar bent.
