Tracking leads through the sales process

Our leads are being generated via paid google ads and are arriving to us with UTM data showing lead sources, campaign mediums and campaign names.  I want to track the progress of those leads as they migrate through our sales funnel while maintaining a relationship to the date the lead was created.

For example, if we received 10 leads on 1/5/25, lets say two were junk and the remaining 8 are legitimate contacts (or MQL's) which we will convert into contacts.  Of those 8, 5 may have immediate product needs for which we will create deals with various stages that we matriculate the lead through as they progress towards a sale.

I need to generate a report that shows that movement based on the generation day (see Excel Version):

I have spent weeks trying to pipeline data from the leads, contacts and deals modules in Analytics and CRM without success and can not find a way to generate this type of report or table.  ZoHo Support has been unable to assist.
