Unit Conversion with Unit of Measurements for Items, has anyone successfully figured this out????

I am currently using google sheets to break down my per cost of items I buy in bulk.  We are a non-profit that creates kits and resells at the exact price we pay for the items to our customers or uses grants from the government to pay for them. I can not get the Unit Conversion with Unit of Measurements for Items to work correctly for items I regularly buy from Amazon and Walmart to break the cost down for me at all.

I have all of the need info ready to go but have no idea what to put in following parts:
  1. UoM
    1. Unit Precision
  2. Unit Conversions
    1. Target Unit
    2. Conversion Rate
Some examples of groupings I'm looking to break down:

Spray Bottle (16oz)18$32.99$1.83

Reuseable Rubber Gloves36$34.79$0.97

Bags750$900.10$1.20
Calendar1000$1,499.63$1.50

I know how to make a spread sheet do the work but I'd like my inventory system do the work now.
