En vertu de l’article 43 de la loi n° 2025-127 du 14 février 2025 de finances pour 2025, publiée en février 2025 :

Du 1er septembre 2025 au 28 février 2026, les logiciels utilisés par les entreprises devront être :

soit en cours de certification, avec un engagement ferme vers la conformité.
Ce que cela signifie pour vous :
À ce jour, les applications Zoho (y compris Zoho Invoice, Zoho Billing, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Checkout, Zoho Commerce, ainsi que les offres groupées comme Zoho Finance Plus et Zoho One) ne sont pas commercialisées comme des systèmes de caisse et n’ont pas fait l’objet d’une auto-certification. Toutefois, si vous les utilisez pour enregistrer des ventes avec TVA, cette loi pourrait avoir un impact sur votre activité.
Zoho est actuellement en discussions avec un organisme agréé pour la certification. Use of Zoho in compliance with Article 286 du code général des impôts (CGI)
Dear Customer,
The 3 ° bis du I de l’article 286 du code général des impôts (CGI), requires VAT-registered businesses to use certified POS or cash register systems or business systems when recording sales to individuals. The software must ensure data inalterability, security, conservation, and archiving.
Under the L’article 43 de la loi n° 2025-127 du 14 février 2025 de finances pour 2025, published in Feb 2025:
Self-certified software will no longer be accepted after August 31, 2025
From September 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026, software used by businesses must be either, certified by an authorized body (e.g., Infocert, LNE) or in the process of certification and has shown firm commitment towards compliance.
What This Means for You
Zoho’s applications (including Zoho Invoice, Zoho Billing, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Checkout, Zoho Commerce and bundles like Zoho Finance Plus and Zoho One) were not marketed as POS systems or cash registers and have not been self-certified. However, if you’ve been using them to record B2C sales, this law may impact your business.
Zoho is currently in discussions with one of the certified body. As the discussions have only just begun, we highly recommend businesses to evaluate their options with the upcoming deadlines. We will continue to keep you informed as the discussions progress with the certified partners.
