Weekly Tips: Clean Your Inbox Using Email Scrubbing

Clean and Clear Inbox in Minutes Using Scrubbing

Zoho Mail’s Email Scrubbing makes it easier to maintain a clutter-free inbox. With just a few clicks, you can automatically identify and Delete or Archive unwanted emails that take up unnecessary space in your inbox, such as spam, old newsletters, or duplicate messages. You can clear emails from up to 5 Senders, all at once. By identifying and removing unwanted emails, you can regain control of your inbox and boost your productivity.

Steps to use the Scrub feature:

  1. Login to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Navigate to the folder in which you want to Scrub emails. 
  3. From the listing, select the emails from senders that you want to remove. 
  4. Click on More Actions from the Top menu bar above the listing. 
  5. Select Scrub from the list of options. 

  6. The Scrub dialog lists the unique sender email addresses based on your selection. You can select up to 5 senders from the list. 
  7. You can choose to either Archive the emails temporarily or Delete them permanently.
  8. Based on the action chosen, the emails will be deleted or archived and will be removed from the listing.
