During the signing stage, editing is restricted strictly to the signature-related fields. This ensures that the agreed contract content remains unchanged while still allowing the signing process to be completed correctly.

3. Sending a Clean Copy for Approvals and Negotiations

To solve this, Zoho Contracts allows sending a clean copy — a version where all tracked changes are accepted, all comments are resolved, and no annotations remain, indicating that all discussed points and areas requiring attention have been fully addressed.
