Zia Competitor Alerts made easy with Zia's suggestions

Hi everyone,

In addition to the existing manually added competitors, Zia will now find your competitors for you - instantly. Earlier, you had to identify competitors through research manually, support tickets, or tradeshows—a time-consuming process that often missed key names. Now, Zia finds them for you automatically and sends real-time alerts, so you never lose sight of the competition.

Zia automatically suggests competitor names based on your business model, industry, target market, and other parameters. It uses your organization name and website (which are configured under Settings > General > Company Details in Zoho CRM) to find competitors and ensures you have a comprehensive list—which makes competitor tracking faster, more efficient, and more accurate and helps you stay ahead of the competition effortlessly. 



When you click on Zia Suggestions, you'll be provided with a list of competitors to choose from.

Note. Each time you click on Zia Suggestions, you will see a new selection from your list of competitors.

Upon saving your list, you'll start receiving real-time alerts (Sales Signals or Zia Notifications) whenever these competitors are mentioned in emails so that you can more effectively plan your campaigns and the discounts you wish to offer.
