Zoho CRM v8 | Introducing Workflow and Actions APIs

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the release of Workflow APIs and Actions APIs in Zoho CRM’s v8 API suite!  This powerful new set of endpoints gives developers unprecedented programmatic control over business automation.

For years, Workflow Rules have been the backbone of automation in Zoho CRM, helping businesses streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and ensure consistency. Now, with the release of these APIs, you can manage these automations programmatically.

 What’s new? 

Now you can completely manage Workflow Rules through APIs:

A workflow is only as powerful as the actions it performs. They define what happens when a workflow rule is triggered. This release also unlocks programmatic management of the specific actions the you use within your workflows.

With the new Actions APIs, you can configure and manage different Actions:

But that is not all for Actions APIs. We have also rolled out a few new APIs to help you monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot your automations more effectively:
