We are excited to introduce new AI powered features on the IM module of the Zoho Desk app.

Reply Assistance:

Reply Assistance generates suggested responses for incoming chat messages, which you can directly insert into the conversation and send to customers.

Refine Messages leverages ZIA Insights to reconstruct your composed replies for improved clarity and effectiveness.

You can regenerate refined messages and customize them by setting preferences such as tone and content length. Additionally, messages can be translated into your preferred language.
