Contact roles in Potentials - more data
Currently our sales team have to make a lot of phone calls and switching everytime between potential and contact data is time consuming. That would be solved if in Contact roles detail view we could see mobile phones, home phone, and secondary e-mail data. Now this detailed view is not customizable. Regards, Marko

New Reports and Comparison
This might not be a bug so to speak. In the new reporting system for comparing it gives you the option for a "picklist values" for the comparison instead of users or role. The problem with this is it does not allow you to use the "User" picklist fields. We have a multitouch sales process where we have multiple steps(and salespeople) for each potential. We cannot do the comparison by potential owner since the user changes by stage of the process. If we could use the "user" fields in the comparison

Logging out so often
I have noticed that I will be away from my computer for a little time and then it would log me out automatically. But this happens to my entire staff throughout the work day. Doesn't seem right. Should keep you logged in for at least 24 hours. Am I missing a setting or something here?
How to determine which products were quoted and sold during a specific time frame
I am trying to determine how to setup Zoho CRM so I can report on how many of a specific product was quoted/sold during a specific time frame. I have associated Products with Potentials, added them to Quotes and Sales Invoices and I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out how to get this information out in a report or dashboard. CRM Custom Module
I need to add a custom module to store Collection Notes(Billing Notes) for our Accounts. The reason for the custom module is my Accounting Department wants their Notes stored separately so they can be searched or looked at on their own. The built in Notes feature does not have any categorization of notes. For this Custom Module I need to store DATE OF NOTE, NOTE, ENTERED BY. These are the only fields I want . Analyze old data
I have the following excel sheets: - People asking for materials - People asking questions - People asking for a guided tour - People which ended up signing up for courses - and which courses they signed up for All persons would be identifiable either by phone number og e-mail. Subforms not working
I tried to set up a simple subform in my leads layout. After saving it and going to a lead. The only thing I can see there are the field names. Nothing can be inputted at all. Am I missing something?
Grouping feature in Zoho Reports
That would be nice to add a "data grouping" feature in order to avoid adding too many fields in the CRM. For instance a grouping on lead source > chat, website, social networks grouped as marketing sources and sales visit, sales prospection, customer referral grouped as sales sources. Data migration tool for Notes and Events does not respect mapping of owner/user
I am migrating from a legacy CRM to Zoho CRM using multiple CSV files, using the Zoho CRM data migration tool. I am finding the migration tool does NOT respect the field mapping for Owner of Notes or Events. So when I import notes and events into CRM all of those records get set to myself as the owner. I need to assign events and notes to the users they belong to! For example, for Notes I am mapping users' EmailIDs to the field "Note Owner ID". But it doesn't take, I end up being the Owner on all

CRM Notification from lead comment needs to include lead name
When one user mentions another user in a comment on a lead / transaction using @. The notified user receives an email with the comment. This email does not contain the name of the lead / transaction name which means that the message effectively has no context and is thus meaningless until you click to view the message. Please include the lead or transaction name in the subject line of the email.
Problem with Call using Skype feature
In my Zoho CRM, using Google Chrome, next to all of Contacts' phone numbers is a little telephone icon. I am in the United States. Hovering mouse above this icon displays "Call using Skype". However, when using this feature, the phone number passed to Skype has a "+" symbol inserted to the beginning of it. So for example, if the phone number on a contact is (212)555-1212, the number is passed to Skype as +2125551212. To Skype, this is an invalid phone number. Since the plus is there, Skype assumes
Web Form Displaying on Mobile
I created a Webform and copied the source code into WordPress. It works great on the desktop but does not display correctly on either of my iPhones 6 or 7. You can only see the field names but can't enter in the information. When I started typing my name, it shifted over so I could see what I was typing but I couldn't get back to see the field names. Using an electronic signature (Zoho Sign) on a mail merge document
So we wish to create a mail merge template document in our Potentials module titled something like Project Walk Through Sign Off. Somehow we'd like for it to be a mail merge doc that would pull in info from the Potential that we may need to populate before our actual final walk through visit. Once on site we would need to pull up the document on a tablet (android version of CRM app) and have the customer sign off (Zoho Sign) on the project. Is this all possible? Hi there, I have these challenges: - customers in France don't want that Non EU people access the data - same for the opposite I've tried to set up territories based on the account location. BUT - it looks like it doesn't prevent someone from USA territory to see accounts based in EU. Did I make something wrong? - it doesn't apply to leads. Email templates without frame for marketing automation
Hello, I'm currently implementing a marketing drip, triggered by deal stages and other conditions. There is something that prevents me from using it. Any template, even basic, comes with a frame. The recipient directly understands that this is an automated message, BUT we want to make it looks like if it was sent by a sales rep. Is there any way to remove the frame?
Display Funnel Dashboard
Hi, On our homepage, we have a funnel dashboard to display the deals that are currently in our pipeline. I have set it up so the data is grouped (report-> report presentation -> grouping) on the deal stage, which are named {1. New Deal, ...., 5. Final}, along with stages for after payment. However, the funnel visualization chooses to display as 3,1,4,5 (we don't often have deals that stick in stage 2). Refreshing it a couple of times now and then swaps it to 5,3,1,4. How can I send a follow up task request via ZOHO CRM based on opens/clicks of a campaign. For instance, I sent a campaign, I got 10 clicks, I would like to send a task to the contact owners of those 10 contacts to follow up with these people since they expressed interest. Zapier - Retrieve Entire Contact Form
I've been trying to work with Zapier lately to connect with some external services in ZOHO. However, in Zapier, when you use the "Find Contact" action to retrieve an associated contact, it doesn't provide the entirety of the data, just the basics (i.e. email, phone, name). ZOHO CRM Reports - Notes report pulling duplicate entries summarizing dupes
Hello, I am having an issue when I try to run a potentials report with notes within and the way it summarizes data. I understand you cannot run a report with only "the last note created" however when I try to run a report with notes within the last month for instance there may be certain potentials that this applies to multiple times producing multiple lines of information. When I try to summarize the data it summarizes the duplicate lines as well even though its relating to only 1 potential. how
Bulk migration of Emails from prior CRM
Emails are obviously an important part of the CRM equation. In our migration to Zoho, we were told that there was minimal support for bulk importing emails. Note we do NOT use Zoho Mail. These emails do NOT reside in an email server, but instead we would expect to import .eml formatted files or some other type of file import. This email import should also support attaching these emails to accounts, contacts and/or opportunities. Ideally, an email should be linked to all 3 if applicable.
Instant actions gone from Workflow Rules?
I had the Pro edition some time ago. It was downgraded to the free edition for a period of time, but now I've upgraded it again to Pro. I had set some workflow rules that included Scheduled actions when a new lead was created, and suddenly they don't work anymore. Instead a note says only available in Enterprise edition. Search within a Multi-line Field of more than 2,000 Characters
Hi, I need to perform a search within a multi-line field that has more than 2,000 characters. However the filter function isn't available if we increase the character limit to more than 2,000, and the global search isn't very accurate (gives many irrelevant results). How can I do the search then? Besides, can you report the filter issue to the product team to see if they can integrate that to their next update? We have almost customized our CRM to the way we needed, but we need to export our completed deals data to a small proprietary database hosted on amazon. We are trying to get Leads into CRM from another CRM (completely different than Zoho). I thought we can use Webhooks, the problem is that Zoho Webhooks seem to be made only to Send data out of Zoho.
