How Accessing Books Items from Deals Module
Hello, In Books, we have set all our products and grouped them too. We have basically 2 set of products. It works fine. However our sales agents are using the CRM to create Deals. We have currently 2 layouts, one for each kind of product we sell. For each layout, a product field is set as multi select field, containing only the product for that layout. As such, when a new product is available, I manually add a new entry in one of the 2 fields. How could I automate this? Books is the main product

Zoho CRM - Invoices module - Quantity in product table is blank
I am having trouble with my Zoho CRM inventory template. This is the first time I've experienced this problem. I deleted two inventory templates the other day and since then the quantity fields are always blank. I've tried everything. Replacing the product table. Deleting all templates and starting over. Nothing works. All exported invoices have blanks in the quantity column. This is a feature of Zoho CRM that I use quite regularly, so it is quite urgent that I resolve this as soon as possible.

Contact Reports / Meeting Notes - Multiple Contacts
Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to associate or attach meeting notes to multiple contacts without going into each individual contact and then attaching the notes there? I have tried to do this using both Attachments and also Contact Reports. However, there is no way to select the item and then add more contacts. Any potential solutions would be appreciated. Thanks!
Can I use the existing Email templates in CRM for Email campaign?
I see this question has been answered in a previous post: "You can directly copy the HTML source from CRM and paste it in the Zoho Campaigns HTML editor. To copy the HTML, click on Insert html option which is located above the HTMl editor." The problem is that I can't find the 'insert html' option located above the HTML editor. I have created a basic template in CRM, and would like to copy it over to my Campaigns. Can you detail the exact steps of how to do this? Thanks!

"related lists" emails for sales orders
Hi, when I go to a contact on the CRM it shows me all the emails from the contact, under the "related list" When I go to sales orders, under the "related list" for email, its empty, even tho that sales order is associated with a contact, that under the contacts page has 10+ emails. How can I show those emails in the sales order so I don't have to click through to the contact? Thanks
Random "Status" field can't be deleted
We've just set up CRM and we completed a data import from Hubspot. In cleaning up the relevant contact fields, I came across a "Status" field (Single Line). This doesn't seem to be a default field (not in the list on the knowledgebase) but it also isn't a custom field (description text is in solid black), and when I hover over "Remove field" the popup says: "fields created through plugin will not get deleted". It would be HUGELY helpful if you could expand the number of characters displayed for the email template name on the Choose Template screen (see screenshot). We have a number of templates with similar names, so we need the additional characters to help us quickly differentiate between these templates when selecting a template. There appears to be enough space for this without increasing the screen width, but if not, expanding the screen width would be fine too.

Sales Forecast Report Question
I am attempting to set up a report in Zoho where if a Sales person were to lower the probability of a sales in their pipeline, it would show on the report. I can't figure it out. I can, of course, create a lost sale report. But that is losing the sale altogether. What I'm finding is that my Sales People are just backing down their percentages to keep their prospects from looking close to closing, but also not showing up on the lost sale report. I would like to use updateRecord function for insert unique value made in custom function on my self into the field created while creating a new record. However if I used updateRecord function, it's gonna be needed to specify record id but in the time I don't save yet so latest record id won't be generated untill hitting save button. Trigger report creation from change in module field
I want to create a report based on the end date of any of the records in a module. The end dates are not the same and when new records in this module are created a new end date is created with that record. Is there a way to trigger the creation of a record a day after the end date of any particular record in the module? I looked in Workflows but couldn't find option to create a report. I checked in Scheduled Reports but couldn't find an option to create a report from a date in a module's record.
Forwarding email from with in CRM - Original receiver is showing opening
Hello, When I forward an email from CRM to another contact, in the original contact record it is showing they opened the forwarded email. I use gmail. Example I send email to Mary. Then I forward the email I sent to Mary to Beth. In Mary's record, it shows she has opened it. Beth does not have a copy of the email in her record. If I forward email from gmail everything works as it should. Email shows up under the correct contact. Email is opened by the receiver of the email. Thoughts? Anything
