Allow users to delete and complete tasks of other users
Hi. I created a new user profile and assigned several users to it. Those users can't complete tasks that are assigned to other users. When I change the user profile to "administrator", the users can perform that action. I would like to know what module permission I have to modify to allow users to complete other users's tasks. locked CEO role
I signed to Zoho CRM and became a CEO of the company, which I'm not. Anyways we will just turn a blind eye to it. I invited my CEO and assigned a role to him. Now I'm thinking, let's say I will leave the company in the future - and what then? Obviously the company will want to delete my account, but then If I'm locked as MAIN account/CEO to Zoho CRM they won't be able to. I won't be working in the company anymore, but my account will have to be activated. Any solution to this? Cheers, Sylwia

The issue I'm having is then getting this file to show in a file field in Zoho. I'm looking for a way to track the efficiency and profitability of a booking (deal made/customer created) by following the booking back to its original lead, which has all of detailed info such as lead source, channel. Guys, We sell to food manufacturing plants across the country. Often, one manufacturing company has multiple locations. To sure it's easy to recognize the specific factory location by name, we add the city. For instance - Del Monte Foods - Plover, or Del Monte Foods - Rochelle. What would be the best way to automatically append the city to the account name when saving or editing a record? Is there a workflow automation that would make this simple? Hello, I'm trying to build a function in Zoho CRM to copy information from our Deal (called Opportunity in our production environment) over to the contact. Each deal relates to a single retail chain (walmart, target, etc). A contact may have multiple deals associated with them. We are giving our sales team to enter contract information. Our acctg staff is in-charge of assigning unique ID for these records. I would like to add button "Request ID" on top of the details page. Sales team can click on this button and if the record is missing ID, it will send email internally to our acctg team to act. Also looking to use email template in this regards. Displaying a Industry and Size field from Companies module in the Contacts module
So the Contact module currently has a lookup value field that displays the Company Name in which that contact is associated. In the Companies module there is a field called Industry and a field called Size. Updating a field from a transition in a blueprint
In my industry we collect contract end dates for certain business services and then contact them 90 days prior to these dates. I have updated the leads layout to include fields for contract end dates. During the transition which prompts the user to gather these dates, I have set up a "during" process which is asking for the end dates but it doesnt update the fields accordingly. DKIM settings error with 123-Reg
Hi I am not quite sure what I am doing wrong. In CRM Plus Email Channel I have setup IMAP email (domain in 123-reg, email in Microsoft Office 365). But the Credentials have failed. I believe it's because I need to verify the email DNS settings. In Email Deliverability it ask that I need to Validate records. Looking For Two Different Pipelines
We've already customized the stages of our Deals to reflect the process that our leads go through from start to closing. However, we have two types of leads that have very different timelines. Type B has at least five different stages that Type A doesn't go through, but we still need to keep track of them, and Zoho doesn't allow you to create multiple pipelines. Adding Office 365 email details and MFA
Hi We are trying to set up access for integration from Zoho CRM to our Email account (office 365) When doing this from the ZohoCRM Portal we always get the credential error issue even though I know the password is correct.
