User email Update
Hello, I have created a zoho crm account with my personal email id. Therefore, when I am sending emails to clients for business communication to clients, i am hoping to use my business email address, but i am not able to update it. Can I do something to use my business email?
Email limits for free account limited to 20 instead of 50?
I have just set up a free account for Zoho CRM and am attempting to send out some sales lead emails. I should be able to send 50 emails per day according to the documentation found here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/email-limits Two days in a row now I have tried sending emails and it is limiting me to 20. So is 20 actually the limit?

Integration with Asterisk problem
Hi! I wrote in https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/integration-with-asterisk-not-working but didn't got answer. I have integration with asterisk. I can click to call outgoing but when the call is answered in the softphone the Zoho is still under calling. And there is no popup on the screen for icoming calls. And we can't make next outgoing call until crm page will be reloaded. How can we fix it? John.

PHP SDK 2.0 - Can't get custom views for Deals module
Hello, I've been encountering an issue with trying to fetch a list of custom views using the PHP SDK. Using this same module instance, i am able to fetch all the Deals records I want, it works very well. But when I try to get my list of custom views, I encounter this error: and I've attached the response info below with IPs blanked out Could this possibly be an error with permissions when I generated the access token? Activity Summary Report
I am trying to create a report that summarises the number of "Activities" performed in a given time period (e.g. Month to Date) by each person in our organisation. I can create individual reports that give me summaries for each of Tasks, Calls and Events, but not one report that adds all of the Tasks, Calls and Events together. Is this possible? Integration with InvestorCarrot site not working
Hi, I have an InvestorCarrot site, and I have entered my Zoho CRM credentials (I set up an app password in Zoho specifically for this) into InvestorCarrot and mapped the fields per the instructions here (https://help.carrot.com/tutorial/zoho-crm-forms-integration/). InvestorCarrot support have confirmed that everything appears to be working on their side but, whenever I try to enter data into my InvestorCarrot site, none of it makes it through to Zoho CRM. Is there a way to check what's going wrong?

Hello, We have a vendor we are working with. But Emails from our CEO to this vendor are confidential. I restrict for now email sharing by excluding the domain (CRM > Setup > Channel > Emails > Email Sharing), which answers at best. However, another trust person should be able to access these email. Assign Contacts owners on import failing
I have 9300 (NEW) contacts to import from a CSV. I download import template from contacts then modify and save. i import csv from contacts module and map fields Account ID is to Account Name (Account ID) and Contact Owner ID is mapped to Contact Owner (User ID). i run import and all 9300 contacts are assigned to me. But if i just select 10 and create a new csv file and run import the contacts get assigned correctly. I repeated this several times and I cannot get all 9300 contacts assigned correctly.
Old Roles
I am currently setting up custom home pages for roles; however, old roles that have been deleted are populating my picklist. I have defined new roles which for which I need to build unique homepages as of right now, I can't do this because the old roles are showing up instead of the new roles.
The zoho Java SDK often throws exceptions
We updated our app to use version 2.0.1 of the zoho java-sdk recently. Everything was fine for a while but we are seeing quite a few ZCRMException being thrown where the exception message is 'org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: www.zohoapis.com:443 failed to respond' What is the cause of this error? It appears the Zoho server is not responding at all or it is too slow so the Apache exception is being thrown. Is there a way I can increase the Zoho receive timeout to see if that will help?
Contact form from web integration - frequent use email issue
We have linked our web contact form to leads in Zoho. We have tried 2 pacahages including Zoho Mail and all works fine EXCEPT - When the same email is used multiple times, the lead does not pass through any more. You get a confirmation but it does not appear?
