ZOHO CRM Reports just became USELESS !
Since a couple of weeks (i guess) I noticed that ZOHO changed the REPORTS module. Initially I was able to create a report based on three modules (as an example): INVOICE, CONTACT, ACCOUNT. CRM PHP-SDK Convert Leads
I am attempting to use PHP-SDK to convert a lead to a contact. I see in the EntityAPIHandler there is a convertRecord function. I am unable to get it to work. I assume I need to use APIResponse as opposed to BulkAPIResponse. I need to get the New contact ID back so I can update the database for next sync operation. Zoho CRM and Zoho inventory mismatch
The Address Information in the Zoho CRM's accounts and contacts has only 1 Street field, while the information in Zoho Inventory have 'Street 1' and 'Street 2' (both for billing and for shipping). I remember seeing a page that showed a breakdown of exactly what we are paying for, like number of users, cost per user, storage upgrade costs, etc. I thought it was this page, https://payments.zoho.com/html/store/home.html But when I go there now and select CRM it takes me to a page showing the cost of Zoho One, and no other information on our subscription. How to move Opportunity Stage backwards?
I am trying to move the Stage for an opportunity backwards from "Stalled" to "3- Confirmed Interest". The field is locked both on the view page and edit page for the opportunity so I cannot set it manually. I can't seem to change the permissions for that field either. The transitions seem to only move the Stage forward, not backwards, and I cannot figure out how to edit those transitions. Any help would be appreciated.

One Todo List that includes all activies that is sortable

Formula Syntax to filter recurring anniversaries
Objective: Create a Report to show current mortgage anniversaries (mortgage anniversary date field) in Potentials Module for a current month, quarter, etc. My Solution: Create Formula Field to isolate Month number from Anniversary Date Field. Divide isolated anniversary month by Isolated month from "TODAY" argument to return the value of "1" In the Filter for the Report Module, filter based on the value of '1' in the new Formula Field. Client/Lead Age related report or workflow
Is there any way for a report or workflow to pull a list of contacts/leads in crm that are within a specific age? I would like a monthly report to show me people who are turning 65 within the next 8 months. Is this possible with Zoho? So for the month of February, it would show only people turning 65 within March thru October of that year. The March report would show April thru November. I haven't found a way to do such a report or workflow.
Recently created custom fields not appearing in Zoho motivator
Hi there, I've created a new field in my leads module that I would like to track in Zoho motivator as a KPI. But for whatever reason, the field is missing from the "other custom rules" section of motivator. This has occurred with both attempts, first of which was a checkbox and second a picklist. I might be missing something simple here, but all of my other custom fields appear in motivator, so I'm at a loss as to why this one is not appearing. Thanks

How to add related record to Contact (contact within a contact?)
I am just playing around with CRM. We are using it for social services and I turned the contacts Module into Clients. Many of the clients have the same case managers but there is a high turnover so I would like a way to have XYZ Mental Health Agency with John Doe as the case manager. If he leaves and Mary Smith replaces him I want it to update all the clients records automatically. I am wondering if I should use Accounts to keep track of agencies and their employees who service our clients. Thanks
Marking task complete in CRM App
Hello, What is the correct method to mark a task as complete in the CRM APP? When I touch\click on the small box in the top left corner next to a task the box does not change to indicate it has been ticked off, screen just flickers. If I check on the task afterwards, the task is marked as complete however as mentioned no indication is given once the box is clicked that it has been marked as complete... Thanks.

What is the best protocol for when a lead changes companies? Is it best to delete the lead and start fresh? Is it best to just change the information on that lead? Or do you just create a second lead for the same person under a different company? Thanks.
Webhook to microsoft flow
Hello,
I'm trying to create a webhook in zoho crm that sends json data to microsoft flow.
From postman I can send it to microsoft flow but when I try to configure the webhook in crm it returns an error 401 no authorization.
Do you know if it is necessary to pass some user / password parameter? or a token?
