Link Three Modules
I have three modules that i want to link together. I have Contacts Brokers and Broker Locations Currently contacts are linked to a broker location which is associated to a broker parent (each broker can have multiple locations and each location multiple contacts). My Sales team needs to be able to see broker contacts by location, and would like to also be able to see under the broker the list of all the broker contacts. - Ideally they will add the contact to the location and it will auto populate

No Future Open Tasks on Deal Alert
Is there any way to send a notification Email to a User and their Manager if a Potential DOES NOT have any Open Tasks with a future due date. In other words, the user does not have any future tasks (reminders) on their deal, and now they need to be notified.

Is there a way to unfollow all or bulk unfollow? We set up a rule that caused me to follow all deals, tasks, leads, etc. I can only unfollow one item at a time currently and I have over 200 to unfollow.

Unconfirmed user cannot be confirmed and cannot see assigned leads.
I am currently using the free version with 3 users. I am the superadmin at CEO level with the others as Admin at CEO level. I have assigned leads to one of the users but when they login they cannot see any leads at all, even though they are at CEO role. Hello, Email templates allow us to send email from the record owner, but don't allow us to use custom functions to create the content of the email. Custom functions, allow me to build custom content, but don't allow me to send email from the record owner. I'm stuck in the middle. I wish to build emails with content tailored to the customer i.e. show an email with an html table of all quotes sent to the customer. Can anyone think of a good way to do this please? How can I now get a list of leads by multiple list id? I found this: APIv2: Leads/search?criteria=((id:equals:%s)or(id:equals:%s)or..) But there are limitations: You can search a maximum of 10 criteria (with same or different columns) with equals and starts_with conditions as shown above.

API V1 to V2 - UpdateRecords
Hello There, I am currently updating account information using API 1.0: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Accounts/updateRecords?&version=2&authtoken= + authotoken + values. With this I can just use our AUTHTOKEN to make updateRecords API calls. After reading the documentation for API 2.0, I was able to update account records using json, https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Accounts and still using the our old AUTHTOKEN (without using OAuth 2.0). Is this still going to work after API 1.0 goes

Send a lead from 1 Zoho CRM to another Zoho CRM
We are trying to send a lead via webhook from Zoho CRM A to Zoho CRM B. We have been told it is possible via Webhooks (however only API v1) but the documentation is shocking, and support won’t help. The failures tab is also showing no errors even though on the lead timeline it says the workflow rule has been triggered alongiwth the webhook - yet the lead hasn’t been sent. We are simply trying to do the following: When Lead on Zoho CRM A is moved to Lead Status “Can’t Help” we want to send that lead

Moving files within Zoho Docs tab
1. To begin, is there an update coming for the Zoho Documents tab? 2. Does anyone know how to move a file from one folder to another? I haven't used Zoho Documents much because its not a great solution for a repository of information but thought i would give it a try.... i saved a file in a folder i created and now i'm trying to move that file to another folder i created but there doesn't seem to be an ability to do that. CRM Search for Lead by Phone numbers URL
Hello, I want to integrate my PBX to CRM. I use a chrome extension that works well to open a URL LINK in a new tab in chrome when a call is picked up by an agent. All i have is a phone number to lookup. If the lead is in the CRM DB, then it displays the lead. If the lead is not, it creates it and assigns it to that user. Outlook on Exchange Server will not connect to Zoho CRM
We have tried every configuration we can think of. My IT person is at her wits end. All of our devices, iphones, laptops, etc., connect with no problem to outlook, but we can get nowhere with Zoho CRM. If I can get some help it would be a blessing.
