How to add "Line Break" in Pick list Field in Quotes / Sales

Hi I need to add line breaks within several Pick list items in my Quotes / Sales Orders / Invoices ??? I have tried using the regular html codes for line breaks but nothing works. All I get is one line of text for each Pick list item I have tried all of these: /n /r <br /> <br> <br/> As I mentioned before the problem comes with the "Pick list items" formattin... meaning there is no way to format it. not even with html/css I need multiline picklist items to select for my Payment options and Terms
Use Zoho CRM for sales to a school
I am thinking about using Zoho CRM to manage how we get students to sign up for our school. I wanted to import leads, but it says I need to put in an organisation - but all of them are just people without an organisation. What is best practice for this? Any advice on setting it up for sales for a school?
Missing Badges with integrated Finance module in ZOHO CRM
At all other modules (e.g. e-mails, contacts, activites) you can see a little badge with the number of items which are contained in the respective module. This is not the case after integrating ZOHO Finance. I would like to see at one glance if there are any estimates, sales orders or invoices connected with my companies or contacts. Any plans?
Unable to Link Invoices with Sales Orders using 'Invoices' API
Hi, I am trying to link an Invoice with a Sales Order using the 'Invoice' API. However, I have successfully added the Invoice in ZOHO CRM, with the referenece of the Sales Order. But, the order status is still in 'Created' state. According to business logic, when a Sales Order is invoiced the, order status will be changed to 'Delivered'. Actually, I want to 'Convert' a Sales Order to Invoice using the API. Is there any way by which I can perform this operation? Please let me know. Best, Souvik

Getrecords and sort order on more than one field
In the getrecords function I can optionally specify the sort by field. Is it possible to sort the records on more the one field (e.g. zip code + city?). If so how? It looks like the function accept just one field. Regards
Email Integration Best Practices
Is there a document somewhere that details all the different methods of integrating email into Zoho CRM and the pros and cons of each (IMAO, POP etc)? Is there a recommended best practice/method for someone using G Suite? Currently we are set up using IMAP but it's my understanding that using this method is someone leaves and their g suite account gets deleted all the email would also disappear from Zoho. That doesn't seem good :-). However I assume that POP integration may be worse? Any advice is
My people can't see my feeds
Hi I am the super admin user for my CRM and I have put to share my feeds to the public (i mean to my people already) however, all of them just can't see the feeds on time. Specially there have 2 person- standard user but i realised their feeds is blank, nothing is showing. I have do all setting from FAQ but it still couldn't work. The support team just couldn't work. They are telling me thing which was not that useful. Does any people could give me a help there?
contact roles / contact entries
On the potentials page, you can select a role for each contact. I had naturally assumed this would update the person's contact details but when you click on their name to view them on the 'contact details' page the role doesn't show up anywhere i.e. it doesn't seem to carry this information across....which means you have to enter the same info manually again under Title...this seems to me to be double entry. Why is this? Is there a fix? I'm a new person to Zoho CRM so appreciate I may not be understanding

Hi, I have found some Leads that already are Deals. It looks like someone entered the Lead when the contact returned to inquire about a new proposal. To eliminate this from happening again, I'm going to make the email filed "unique". However, is there any way to merge a Lead and a Deal?

API limit
My customer is on Professional Edition and is hitting the API limit of 250 req/org/day for certain API methods. 1) This is a really low limit. Can this be incremented? According to the documentation (API limits doc ), this is the maximum in any paying edition. Aren't there other options? 2) An email message is sent telling you that the max limit is exceeded. On invalid input 'Zoho CRM' doesn't return proper status code.
Hi, I am using Zoho CRM v2 API for development. If I try to create a module (Ex- contact) and don't provide a mandatory field in the input json (For contact, it is LastName), in that case, I get 202/Accepted in response code. As it is a kind of error, shouldn't return in Status code starts with 4? (Ex.- 400). Or is there any other way, I can figure out if it is an error or not. I need error information to trigger some other flow.
Autoresponder for SalesIQ Leads
When a missed lead or Website Visit lead comes into CRM from SalesIQ is there a way to send out a response email? It would be a new lead with a specific lead source. It should not be that hard but I can't find an option. The response should go out immediately, of course.
Standard users cannot view Accounts (but have been given permission)

Hi, I have two users in Zoho CRM. One of them, has inbox IMAP account configured to view the inbox of the corporate mail account. The IMAP has been configured so that the other user can send mail from corporate account. During some days, mails have been sent from both users to contacts and potential clients, so when enter one contact or potential client register, in the section 'email', all emails sent to that contact appear and can be viewed. Add Button in Zoho CRM that Launches Creator App.
Is it possible to launch a Creator App from inside Zoho CRM using the Create Button? Also I would like to pass the Company name to the Creator App and have it automatically fill in the Company pulldown field in my Creator app (which is a CRM Integration field). Workflow for Automated Deal follow up
Hi, we want to set up a workflow for an automated deal follow up on deals that got a quote already. It should look something like this: On deal: If last activity date > 10 days and scheduled activities are past due then send quote follow up email #1. "Read Only" option not available in Shared Data?
Hello, I´m trying to set some permissions for shared data, for example products, so vendors can see products but not edit them or eliminate them. V2 Bulk Read Data discrepancy with picklists
I am using Bulk Read API to download all my modules as zip files. Until recently it was downloading correctly. But when i checked this week, I found out that some of the columns with data_type "picklist" are now returning ids instead of text.
