Zoho People and Zoho Showtime integration
Hello, Now that an organization can offer on demand trainings on Zoho Showtime, it would make a lot of sense to integrate people and showtime. As part of onboarding and development plan, I want to be able to have the possibility to assign courses to employees and they get automatically registered in Showtime to follow the course of the platform. Company Policy update notification
Hello Can we have an option for sending updated leave policy to all the employees via e-mail. I dont want to put the e-mail addresses manually. I had an look on mail merge template but couldn't find an option for mass e-mail receipents and couldnt either put policy document. Regards, Reshma

What's the easiest way to create an approval process based on an amount? For example, we have an Expenses form that tallies up the total of the requested amount for reimbursement. If it hits a certain threshold, it should go to different people for approval.

Zoho People: creating rules for meal breaks
I am trying to find a work-around to the limitation of not being able to restrict an employee from clocking back in from a meal break less than a specified time (30-min). The current option is to record a 30-min meal break automatically for each employee, but this is illegal in California. Anyone know how to set restrictions on meal breaks to a minimum time?

Can't login after first time
Hi, I am having a weird issue with zoho people. When I trying to login in zoho people after first logout i can't login again. It is showing me this message. Every other employees email is working fine. But when I add this email as a `Team Member` at first time it is working fine but when I logout its not working anymore. Where is there a history of all records related to an employee?
I'm testing People for the first time. In Zoho CRM there is the account module, where you go to see the complete record of the account. In People under Performance you can click on a team mate and see KRA, skill set, feedback and summary. But nothing else. Under Organization you can click on an employee and see basic info, but nothing else. Where is the equivalent of a CRM account in People? Where would I go to see the history of everything related to an employee such as: - Attendance - Training

Mobile App - Check In / Check Out
I have setup the app however when I check in there is no logging of time one the dashboard even though online I can see when the phone is actively checked in. I searched but couldn't seem to find any significant documentation on the mobile app and setting up time tracking besides manually entering time data.

Is it possible for emails coming from Zoho People, like Leave requests, to come from the employee who initiated the request (for example xyz@abc.com) rather than the way they're coming now (xyz@abc.com via mail.zohopeople.com)? Employment Rate of employees - Holiday off
Hey guys I didn't find out yet how to set this up: First Issue: Each employee has a certain employment rate. This varies from 100% - 20% (most employees are 100% though) We need to store the employment rate of each employee on the user. Is there a predefined field for this or do I need to set one up myself? How do you duplicate or clone a mail merge template in Zoho People? I want to create standardized company contracts, but don't what to have to create each one from scratch. Any way to duplicate or at lease load the same header and footer on each document?
Appraisal Cycle applicable doesn't filter on all locations option
I found that using "all locations" in the location field when applying an appraisal cycle to employees didn't work. I contacted support who changed it to use the Employee field and "all employees" which worked. Looks like a bug to me.
Half day working on Satuarday setting

Using Attendance Entries to Create Payroll
We cannot make use of Zoho People's Attendance entries to complete payroll without manual work. Attendance produces reports with "04:16" total hours but to run payroll we need this translated to the portion of an hour format of "4.25". I know we're not the only ones to encounter this issue. Has anyone tackled this dilemma and learned how to easily process payroll out of Attendance? Thank you!
Upgrade to Mojave - issue with timer button
An employee of mine has upgraded to the newest Mac iOS (Mojave) and now he is having issues with using the timer button. It tends to not respond - sometimes taking up to an hour for it to start running. Is anyone else having issues with this? Thanks!

Update row in Form 1 after a "submit" in Form 2
I have two forms: form1 is accessed by user1 and gets a certain number of rows written in it. Nothing uncommon there. Then, user2 acceses form2 in which he will add some rows: form2 which has a combo box lookup field to form 1 and displays some of its data. User2 needs to validate this data, add some more things and submit. After he submits, a row is created in form2, but I also need that this submit event update some columns in the associated row in form1

Hi, we have a salary form, and in our country you get an extra salary in december (the average of your salary across the year) Is there any way to make a formula, analytic or any way I could calculate the average salary across time? hi, i can see that Zoho people is good for having worker's HR needs. but what if i pay my workers lumpsum payment. like if they make 1 item, i will pay x amount. so, i don't need attendance system for my workers. rather i have to keep record of how much items they have made in a week or so. can anyone help me for this type of needs? can Zpeople do it?
