Self Appraisal Form in multiple languages?
I need to set up the Self Appraisal form in three languages. I tried to add 3 languages to the same Self Appraisal form, and use the show/hide rules to have it show accordingly base on the language the user select on the drop down list. However, I run into the problem of reaching the multi-line fields limit. Although the instruction said that I'm allow to add 25 multi-line fields, I only added 20 right now, and it doesn't allow me to add more. I've check every field on the form to make sure there

Hi, Post appraisal cycle, I want to give an user a permission to see all the appraise review/multi-rater review/self appraisal, so that the person can consolidate all the ratings in an excel sheet. Hi, I have added User/Shift Setting however even if the employee is present the day is marked as grace and the day gets deducted from there leaves. Can you please check if there is any error in setting up this. Just FYI, we have attendance integrated with ESSL biometrics, so sometimes it takes time to sync in zoho.
Per user pricing when using Zoho one
Hi all, I am new to People. I understand the licensing when purchased separately to Zoho One, but when included in Zoho one, how does the per user cost work? Is it one Zoho one user = one people user? I know for example with cliq it becomes a one to one. Another question would be if People were stand alone and had 20 users per month and Zoho One was uptaken, does this now mean the per user cost ramps up? Just another way of looking at it. Expiry date of compensatory request
Hi, Currently all the compensatory requests are set by the system to expire on 31st December 2019. We use automatic entry for compensatory request. How can I bulk update the expiry date of compensatory requests recorded in the past? How can I ensure that the expiry date is set to 31st December 2020 for all the entries that will be made this year? In Short, I want the expiry date to be 31st Dec of the next year. Document attachment limit in onboarding
Is there a 10 document limit under Zoho People - Onboarding - Document & Policies? I uploaded files to Organization files and when i go to Onboarding - Documents & Policies - Documents to be Read, those files show up in the dropdown list and I can choose them and add them. However, if I add more then 10 documents I get a server error and it wont allow more then 10 documents to be attached. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a workaround or am I doing something wrong?

Is there a way to log time without mention of a job?
Hi, We are considering migrating to People. However, I just need Company and Project names in my reports. Having to re-create "jobs" for each project is too time consuming. Is there a way to bypass them? If not, would it be possible to have jobs assigned to projects rather than the other way round? If this is still not possible, can we have a set list of jobs created when a new project is added (without having to import an Excel sheet)? Thank you, Richard

I need an APi to get all the Attendance record of all employees to integrate it with third party, the information required is {Employee Name ,Employee Id, Check In,Check Out , Deviation time ,Employee Status }. Is there any APi to get these information.
How do Designations work?
It seems like we could use the Designations feature to tag employees with things like "Part Time" or "Full Time". However once you add the designations there doesn't appear to be anything you can do with it. How do you apply designations to specific users? I cannot find anywhere to do this and I cannot find any documentation on it. The only documentation just says how to create or delete them, not how to actually apply the designations to users.
Leave approvals
Hi. We have configured approvals for leaves and set them as "Reporting to" (1 level). Right now, when a Manager is absent and someone will submit a new leave we definietly need to allow someone to check it and approve it as a replacement. Can it be done differently than granting someone temporarly admin role? It's quite dangerous from a few points of view :)
