Non-Employee Log In for Zoho People?
I would like to give my business coach Admin level access to Zoho People to help me with HR systems, but my coach is not an employee. Do I still need to create (and use up) an employee log-on for her?

Can't Add a Holiday
I am an administrator But I get this error when I try and add a Holiday. You are not allowed to access this data. Contact your administrator.
Import/update
We missed a few fields on our initial import. Is there any way I can do another import that will just update certain fields, not completely overwrite existing records? Dave
Leave Report
Whenever I click on "Leave Report" the inside window of my browser goes a shade of black and gives me an error message: Sorry! Server Error!! Help.
Automatic Approval of Leave Time
I just imported a bunch of leave records and the imported great. But they all imported as "pending" so i have to click through to approve all of them? Since these have already been approved and I was just importing I don't want to approve them all again. Is there any way to import them as already approved or approve them in bulk (would also be interested to know how I can do anything in bulk such as delete on lists)

Problem importing Dummy Users

User wrongly associated
Hi, I have added 2 more users in my Zoho People account. They accepted and the first use was smooth. Unfortunately, something happened, and now, when they log into Zoho People, they can't see the organization anymore. Instead, they are seeing a fresh new one (the system did ask them to select between staffing agency or HR system). I checked with them, both of them have the same issue. But they didn't change their email address which remains the same. Could you please fix this issue and associate

Changing User Role
I have a user that was set up as a second Admin. I want to change the Role back to Team Member - but I cannot. I also cannot delete that user. I get a message that says "Only one admin, you will be locked out.". Please advise. Thanks.

Electronic acknowldgement of company policy
Is there a way for our employees to acknowledge company policies eletronically? It would be nice if they could 'sign' that they have read and accepted a new company policy and if this action would get logged somewhere in ZoHo People.

Managing Annual Review Schedule
Right now, we use Zoho people for our business to manage all staff, travel, expenses etc. and it is quite a handy tool. What I am trying to do is manage annual reviews. I currently use my calendar with anniversary dates for each employee - I want this to be in zoho people (not in my personal calendar) I see performance reviews are for reviews that have been completed - how can I schedule forthcoming reviews and set reminders for these??

Multiple jobs within our company for an employee
Hello, I am new to Zoho People and still reviewing to see if it meets our requirements. I don't see a way to have multiple positions for an employee within our company. I want to see that they were, for example: Assistant reporting to manager (2006-2007) - Salary $20,000 Manager reporting to Director (2008-2009) - Salary $50,000 Director reporting to CEO (2010-Present) Salary $75,000 The "Work" area of the employee record seems to handle this, but there's only 1 possible work record for an employee.
How to change system field name of "Departments"
"Departments" seems to be a system field. Now, our company is not separated into departments, but "Offices". How can I change the field title of "Departments" to "Offices"? Or is it simply not possible to change system field names? Thanks!
Importing data for staff leave application form in ZOHO PEOPLE
I am very new to ZOHO people, I am customizing a leave application form and am wondering if I can create a field where I can import data from our MYOB software that has each staff members leave entitlements, so when they are applying for leave they can see if they are going to have enough leave. Vacation days taken during month report
Hi, As a regular report, I need each month the list of all employees with the number of leave days (split by type) they took during the month (and not overall). Is there a way to build a report like this (And I want calculated # of days to avoid the inclusion of week-end days). Furthermore, will it be possible to include a field that list # of PTO remaining when we input a new employee, so the calculation will start right? thanks

Hi am evaluating Zoho People as a potential application to manage our human resources. I am missing several important fields and i was wondering if i can add more as i am doing on zoho CRM. Hi, I am currently user of Zoho People. I would like to suggest on 3 things: Able to delete inserted fields. Currently the apps can only enable/disable the field. Able to fully edit the inserted fields. Currently, the apps can only edit the Field Name, not the format. To fully edit I would have to disable first and insert a new field. Able to export into .PDF. Currently, the apps can only export to excel, csv, tsv and Zoho Sheet and the format is just plain. I would like to be able to export to PDF

I can't use Recruit functionality inside Zoho People. I do have a separate account for Zoho Recruit but I prefer to use it from within Zoho People, how can I do so?
