Moving milestones between projects
Hi, I created a project using the trial version,and realized after some time that I would need to use a number of projects. I signed up for persona version, but I cannot find any method of transferring milestones/tasklists, etc... between projects. I'm hoping I've missed something simple here -- any help appreciated as I've quite a few tasks that require shifting. Cheers.
Task Code Number
While task notes are quite good, often you'll need to break a task out and discuss is in another forum such as Yammer. As such, it would be great if you could assign a code to a task. For example, if you had a task list entitled "Build New Forum" and task "Discussion Creation", it could be assigned a job code like BNF1. Then when we break a discussion out from Zoho into Yammer, we could tag the conversation #BNF1 and know which task this belongs. Obviously you'd need to be able to reverse this
Timesheet
I try the Zoho API Update Log Time and Delete Log Time but it is not working... how is the updating and deleting happens when there is no time log id ?
gantt chart printing
Is there any way to print a larger scale gantt chart? What I need to do is print (and view) the entire description on the chart. Right now it merely shows for example: "install pro. . . " and then I have to guess what the rest of the description is. If I could change the printing format, and show the entire description, the gantt charts would not be useless.

We are evaluating Zoho Project and think it is the perfect Project solution for Google Apps but we need to be able to see specific projects/activities on specific Google Sites (e.g. a Project per Client site). Will this gadget work on Sites soon?

I was login under my user name and went to add Projects. The project didnt let me use my log in name that use for business. The user name was already being used. Yet i couldnt log under my user name. How do i use the one log in name and how do i link the other newly made login name?
dropping project functions
It would be nice if I could drop functions like TimeSheet or other menu options from projects in my portal. This should not be global for all projects but just the ones I choose. Some users are intimidated by all the choices, yet only need to use Forums and Documents for example. If I could remove the other choices from those projects it would ease their introduction to the project. Lionel Silva
Searching tags in project wiki
I have added tags to my pages in a project wiki but I cannot find a way to search tags. If I use the quick search feature on the individual tag it comes up with no result. Is there an easy way to do this. If so it needs to feature more prominently for the layperson user. Thanks Andrew

Powerpoint embedded video does not display on Zoho
The embedded video plays fine on my local machine (using an IMAC with MS Office 2004) but when I upload the .ppt file the video does not display on zoho.
Timesheet Features
I have noticed that you can only view timesheet reports on a project basis but not across all projects. As I run a team of developers working across multiple projects, it would be good to be able to export timesheets of all employees over a certain date range. (for utilisation reporting etc..) Secondly you can currently only export one users timesheets at a time. It would be good to be able to select multiple employees within a project to export their timesheets. e.g. you may want to bill a client

I'd like my project's users to move uploaded files around, but not create new projects. It seems the Manager role can do both and the Employee role can do neither. is there any middle ground? TIA, -A

We have invited numerous client users to join a project. We added them and their emails at 10:30 am this morning. As of 5pm none have recieved the invitation. We have checked all their emails and they are all valid?

After the upgrade we can't see any logged hours from our employees in the calendar. If we do export to excel then all hours are visible.

forum create message api not working
I can retrieve all settings, project id's, etc etc. When trying to create a new message it says wrong encryption type. by the way, in the API samples of creating a message, there is an error. the POST URL has a "/" after the message string, which should not be there. Also, is there a way to get the forum email address through the api? or how is that address build up? thanks

Dowloading Document Problem
I have been unable to download the documents that I have uploaded in Zoho for the past 2 days (Feb 3-4). When I click on the link from an uploaded document, I get an error message and the download doesn't initiate. Any thoughts?
Changing User Email or Name
Love the program... coming along very nicely. There seems to be no way to go in and change a users email address or give them a proper name. The system automatically takes the forst pat of the email and uses that as a name. Wiki problems in Projects
The following don't seem to work for me: Table of Contents - says it can't find headings even though the page has multiple headings Spellcheck - doesn't work. Message come up that it is in progress but it never gets out of it.
Buying additional disk space...
Now that Google Apps and Docs will allow you to pay for additional file storage, will Zoho Projects consider allowing an option for a nomimal additional cost, will Zoho consider add-ons for 1GB, 2GB or 5GB chunks? I'm nervous about projects filling up my allowable space.
