Project Task List Enhancement
Would be nice if there were flags associated with tasks. Meaning, you can show priority of importance. Also, different statuses of tasks. Like in progress, waiting on, under review, etc. Michael Cala

Hi! Thanks for an otherwise good product, it's just one thing i miss and that is the possibility to sort the documents after the first uploaded date. It makes it easier afterwards in a project to look at in which order things were done. regards Calle. f08carla

the email sent doesn't recognize the language of the text and that makes the email unreadable ! it replaces the not recognized caracters with "?". impossible to use. Homepage-My Tasks Show selection additional item
For the homepage show tasks selection you seem to have an item missing. The default is All Open which includes All Overdue/delayed items. I would like there to be a selection which has: -All Open with maximum duration (not just 7 days) -the above minus the Overdue items. Thanks.
Timesheet Weekly and Monthly Totals Add Up Wrong
Anyone else noticing this problem? I had a contractor enter their time in the system. I took the automatically created weekly and monthly totals as is and sent a check off. Later I rechecked it and the totals are totally off. From now on I plan on adding things up manually unless Zoho can fix this.
Shading in project pane difficult to view
I have trouble seeing which project I'm in because the shading in the lefthand Projects pane is so light. I have a high quality monitor (Dell 2408WFP), so I don't think the problem is on my end. I tried most of the skins and had the same problem. The shading/highlighting is especially difficult to view in the steel blue theme, which is my favorite. A slight darkening of the active project highlighting (or having the text go bold in addition to the highlight band) would make a big difference in my
What Zoho Projects url should be used to redirect to our projects page from a subdomain?
I've setup all of the other Zoho tools that we use (CRM, wiki, Zoho business) to be accessed from our subdomains (ex. wiki.ourdomain.com). It makes remembering all of the domains easier. I tried to do that with our projects domain "ourname.projects.zoho.com" but keep getting "Address Not Found" error. What domain should be used to allow the redirect? Thanks in advance.

Question: Documents (Files) batch operations - too many in my project to click for download upload
Is there any way to integrate FTP or some other mass solution for transfering files? I have 10's if not 100's of files in the document area created by my offshore team. To review these is very tedious having to click download them. Can someone help? Ed.

Ability to log past meetings
Right now if I try to add a meeting that occurred in the past, Projects will prevent me from doing so. Is there a way for me to keep track of past meetings ?

What counts against the No. of Projects limit - Active Projects only, or Archived and Active Projects? If Archived Projects count against the maximum, is there a way to export project history once it is complete and remove it so it doesn't count against the plan maximum? kmacjax

Hello, Your website is excellent for my needs. But I have few improvement suggestions. 1) Auto-save functions for documents 2) Advanced time tracking: Currently theres option to enter time into the time tracker, but I want a way to track time on the website. I am using a third party program to track time and then enter it into the system. 3) For documents when I click on them, they are downloaded, however I want the default action to open using zoho writer. I'd like to just have the project users receive a generic notification that a forum post has been made as opposed to an e-mail notification including the entire post. Is there anyway to set up an option like this? BTW, I really like the platform and its user friendliness

Hi, I'd like to find out how can I change the sharing option of a document in zoho projects > documents. Currently all these files are available to anyone who has the address. The edit,move and other symbols are not persiting while crossing the check box
Team, In Task & Milestones tab, Under General, I am having a list of tasks. While I am trynig to edit these tasks, if I put the cursor on the Text of Task, I can able to see the Four symbols for startTimer, Move task, Delete Task and Edit task. And also I am able to click on the required link(symbole) while I moving the cursor from the task text to the required symbol through the check box quickly. However, if move the cursor slowly to cross the check box from Task text, the 4 symbols are not persisting
Unusable
This looks interesting but it is virtually unusable because it is so incredibly slow. I project and you have to wait minutes for views to load. Your servers must be incredibly overloaded. What plans do you have in place to resolve this? Paul Edrupt

Timesheet functionality in 'My log calendar'
Please add the functionality to be able to log time (as in project timesheets) to the My Log Calendar. When one works on multiple projects one usually ends up logging time at the end of the day for all your projects. It is time consuming to change between projects and clicking on timesheet. Also one can't easily see if you have allocated the whole day because you have to go back to My Log Calendar to see the total across projects. The functionality can be exactly the same as in the project timesheet

This would be really handy. Is there a way to do it now, might I be missing something? Odd the 'Projects' does not offer the 'switch to' menu to go to other apps.

Problems using iCalendar with Google Calendar and Outlook
I can't get the "my work calendar" icalendar export function to work with external apps at all. In google calendar, all that happens is that no appointments show up at all, and in Outlook I get this error when refreshing the calendar: (translated from Swedish since my outlook is a Swedish version) The task Subscriptions to Internet Calendars reported the following error (0x00040005): Unable to import any appointments from the iCalendar file. Ability to Notify Users of New Task Notes?
I often encourage clients to add notes to tasks to help clarify - it's great for documentation. However I don't know when notes are added (unless I log in to check). It would be nice to be notified when a client adds notes...or vice versa - notify others assigned to the task when I add notes. Is this possible?
Calendar Functions
It would be nice to be able to put personal availability, with different settings like public/private and such, on our "My Home" calendar so that when leadership is trying to schedule a meeting they don't have to call, or e-mail everyone. It could also be setup so that when a meeting is scheduled it makes the time unavailable for all the other projects as well, that way when you are working for multiple project owners your time is not double scheduled. matt.vian
Understanding limit on the number of Projects
Hi I understand that based on the subscription there is a limit on the Project. Is this the number of active projects or the total of all the projects? For eg, If I have a 10 project limit and I have exhausted it - can I delete one of the projects and replace it with some other? Sethu

How about including a cost sheet just like a timesheet, and also a matching report that will show total project time and total project cost broken down by task. ...and a BUDGET, and a report of actual versus budget, and also against percentage complete e.g. the task might be 50% but taken 80% of the time There might also need to be a labour rate per user per project (maybe on some projects the user has a different rate) jd1_jejo

Hi I see only "Days" as an option when I try to add a task under a task list. Is it possible to change the units of the duration to Hours, or for that matter Weeks or Months? Sethu
