CRM Sync Issues in Zoho Showtime
Hi there, 1. The predefined registration fields are not getting sync with the contact module of CRM. However the predefined registration fields are getting sync with Lead module. Mayday! Echo issue hours before the live broadcast
I need help, please. My first online live class it today in several hours. I launched a quick test session and to my despair, hear a terrible echo of myself speaking, even before starting the broadcast when audio and video settings are displayed. What should I do? I emailed the support a little while ago, and right now on the Zoho general phone support waiting for almost half an hour for someone to pick up... I don't want to show up like this to my first students who paid for this class...

Manually Add an Attendee
I have a partner who would like to attend my class to provide feedback. He is not a co-trainer, and will not be interacting with the attendees. As things are now, he has to register and pay for this class. I'd send him a refund... A convoluted process. I think it would be great if we as a trainers can manually add somebody by adding his/her email and name to the list, bypassing invitations, any need for payments, or answering questions that other attendees need to.
Challenges with Zoho SHowtime Home Page and Support
Recently, I am not able to see Zoho Showtime home page. When I go to the home page, the only thing that I see is Question mark and speaker icon at the bottom right. I have been reaching out to Support via email (given that there is no chat or phone number available) for last several days and there has been no response so far. We are considering using Showtime and are looking to learn from others on this community. What are the biggest issues/challenges/show-stoppers that you have come across when using Showtime that we should be aware of? e.g. I see one big one for us - Zoho Showtime sends a link when an attendee registers for the event, and this join link can be used by attendees to join a specific course that they have paid for. However if they accidentally delete that email then there is no way to regenerate that email/link

Need two separate class lists for two product groups
Just getting started with Zoho Showtime. We have two very different products we sell. NONE of our classes would apply to both product categories. Similarly, none of our clients would cross between product/class interest. We will eventually start doing classes for both areas. I don't see a way to make separate lists of classes (GoToTraining calls them Catalogs). I need one list of classes related to product A. Then I need another list of classes for product B. Audio/Video intermitted issues
During a broadcast session (3 participants + trainer) we had issues with Audio/Video such as individual participants not hearing the trainer, or trainer video feed does not reach all participants. This was somehow resolved by refreshing the browser and connectivity restored, but it is an issue.
In-session questions should be sorted by votes
Questions asked during the session should be automatically ordered by votes. I seems to be that although there is an option, that is not present for both participant and trainer
ZOHO Showtime Trial Version - HD Recording Quality Issue
Hello, I'd like to be able to use ZOHO ShowTime to record Webinars and send to clients, but the recordings on the Trial Version are poor quality. I thought the Trial recording was from the Professional Package (HD), so I'm not sure what is the issue or a solution. Even when I upload documents instead of using screen share, the quality isn't high. I'd like to convert to a paid plan if I can get better quality. Please advise... Thanks!

How long for recordings to be available?
I recorded a short training (6 minutes) earlier today in Zoho Showtime, and I have been waiting for the recording to be available for the last 40 minutes. Is it normal for it to take this long for a recording to be available to download or share?

Hello It would be good to include the ability to add audio to the presentation. Moving and updating on demand videos
Hi, Couple of questions... I have 24 on demand videos lined up... if I wanted to change the order do I have to delete all of them and then add them all again in the order I want? Second... If I need to update one of the videos do I need to remove them all and then add them again? I'm using videos added from Workdrive... File extension showing on on demand videos added from Workdrive
Hi, Just a little thing I noticed.... when adding on demand video from Workdrive Showtime uses the name of the video file for the name of the video shown in Showtime complete with the .mp4 extension. To make it look a bit more elegant would it be possible in the future to set a specific name for each video or have the .mp4 file extension removed. Many thanks for listening. Rgds Jon
