SalesIQ for Backstage: Touch base with website visitors
You probably spent a lot of time and effort building your event microsite and making sure everything is just right. Know who's visiting your microsite
When you integrate with SalesIQ from Backstage, you'll be asked if you want to enable visitor tracking for your event microsite. Say yes, and you'll be updated with all the latest information about your visitors. You can get details like how long they've been on your microsite, where they're from, their visit history, and the actions they've performed on your microsite. SalesIQ will keep track of all the visitors on a portal level, making it easy to get a complete picture of a visitor's interaction with all of your company's events.
Engage with visitors
SalesIQ's live chat widget often comes in handy, allowing you to respond to visitor questions in minutes instead of hours. Whether someone has a sponsor question, wants to buy tickets in bulk, or has a speaker proposal, live chat is so much easier for quick discussions than email conversations. Also, live chat works both ways, so you can start conversations with visitors too. Say you've noticed a repeat visitor or someone who's been on the microsite for quite some time now but hasn't bought a ticket—you can be proactive and initiate a conversation to find out what's on their mind.
