 作業リスト機能 概要

営業チームでは、CRM内に業務やデータが分散しているため、管理が煩雑になりがちです。この断片化は、機会の見逃しや生産性の低下につながります。
作業リスト機能は、タブを横断する業務項目をひとつのカスタマイズ可能なダッシュボードに集約し、業務を効率的に管理できるようにします。

機能① 自分の未完了の活動

「自分の未完了の活動」セクションでは、予定済みおよび期限切れのタスクを一覧で確認できます。優先度は色分けされ、赤は期限切れ、緑は今後の予定を示します。

タブを切り替えることなく、タスクの完了や詳細の編集、各種操作を直接行えます。

  

 

機能② 処理待ち

「処理待ち」セクションでは、承認やレビューに関する各種プロセスを一元管理できます。
承認・レビュー、ブループリントの遷移、画像検証などをまとめて確認でき、ワンクリックで承認・委任・却下が可能です。これにより、意思決定を迅速かつ効率的に行えます。

 



 
機能③ 自分の作業リスト

自分の作業リストは、カスタマイズの柔軟性を提供します。次の3つの方法でカスタムビューを作成できます。

日付項目基準のフィルター


条件基準のフィルター


また、作業リストから直接、タスク・予定・通話・予約などの活動を作成できます。

  • 作業リストはチームタブや連携機能のタブには対応していません。

  • 作業リストは全チームスペースで共通で利用できます。

  • 管理者画面では作業リストの閲覧のみ可能です。

  • 作業リストは最大15件まで作成できます。
