Audit Log enhancements: Increased retention period, better user visibility, and more

Hello everyone,

The Audit Log brings in the following enhancements which improve the overall ability to manage data.

Why did we make these updates?

  1. Extended Data Retention: Audit data can now be filtered and exported for a 60-day period, doubling the previous retention window of up to 30 days for the administrators to review long-term activity patterns.
  2. Role & Data-Sharing Visibility: Every change in roles or data-sharing rules is now captured. Administrators can clearly see who made the change, when it occurred, and what was modified, ensuring transparency in access management.
  3. Agent Availability Tracking: Availability status changes when agents switch themselves online or offline are now recorded across all supported channels, such as email, phone, chat, and IM. This provides complete accountability for service responsiveness and helps teams monitor workforce activity more effectively.


The new Audit Log filters and visibility options are now available in all data centers. For more details, please refer to the help document.
