Bonjour à tous,

Pour bien prendre en main votre CRM il est important de connaître les termes qui lui sont propres. Voici une liste des mots appartenant au language du CRM.

Modules
Toutes les données de votre CRM sont divisées dans ces 6 parties : Transactions, Contacts, Sociétés, Produits, Activités et Tableau de bord. Ces parties sont appelées Modules, par exemple le module Contacts contient toutes les données sur les clients, les Activités sur les événements...

Record
Toute entrée dans un module est un record. Par exemple les coordonnées dans le module Contact sont un record.

Champ
Une information unique dans un Record est appelé un champ. Par exemple dans le module Contact pour le record du contact M. Durand, un champ peut être le nom, le prénom, l'adresse mail ...

Deals
Les opportunités de ventes sont appelée Deals. Vous pouvez regarder l'évolution de vos Deals dans le Pipeline.

Pipeline
Regroupe toutes les étapes nécessaires à la transformation d'un prospect en contact.

Activités
Toutes les actions que vous effectuez au sein de Bigin sont des activités, comme des tâches, des appels, les événements...

Tableau de bord
Il vous permet d'avoir une vision globale sur les éléments clés pour analyser l'efficacité de votre équipe. Vous pouvez le personnaliser en y ajoutant vos KPIs, vos tableaux ou sélectionner quelles données mettre en avant.

Rôle
L'organisation hiérarchique de votre entreprise peut être transposée dans votre CRM à travers la création de différents rôles. Ils vous permettent de gérer l'accès aux données selon son niveau hiérarchique. Les personnes qui ont un statut élevé peuvent voir les données des rôles en dessous et non inversement.
