Que signifie « Resume Harvester » ?
Resume Harvester est une fonctionnalité de Zoho Recruit qui permet aux recruteurs de rechercher et d'importer des profils de candidats à partir de plusieurs sites d'emploi. Elle permet également d'automatiser la recherche de candidats, en permettant aux recruteurs de spécifier des critères, qu'ils peuvent ensuite modifier ou cloner.

L'option de recherche manuelle permet aux recruteurs de rechercher des candidats à partir de plusieurs Source Boosters simultanément. Cette fonctionnalité simplifie le processus de recherche de talents et rend l'embauche plus efficace.
Les recruteurs peuvent spécifier des informations telles que les titres de postes, les mots-clés et les lieux, et Resume Harvester récupérera les candidats pertinents à partir des sites d'emploi sélectionnés. Les résultats de la recherche sont organisés en sous-onglets pour chaque site d'offre d'emploi, ce qui facilite leur affichage et leur comparaison.

Cette fonctionallité de Resume Harvester rend les recherches encore plus efficaces en trouvant et en ajoutant les profils de candidats qui répondent aux critères spécifiés.
Les recruteurs peuvent définir des paramètres tels que le titre du poste, le lieu, l'expérience et les compétences requises, ainsi que des critères avancés tels que les dates d'expiration de l'offre et les limites de candidats. Une fois configurée, la recherche automatique s'exécute en continu, ajoutant les meilleurs candidats des sites d'emploi sélectionnés jusqu'à ce que les limites fixées soient atteintes.
